This beautiful home is above Hoelcks Florist and is handicap accessible with a stair lift, handicap shower and has a beautiful back deck overlooking the woods for privacy, this is a 1200 sq ft 2 large bedrooms, bath with washer and dryer. Large long living room with a very spacious kitchen! You will feel like you’re at home during your stay. This home is set back in a residential neighborhood with 14 wooded acres behind it, perfectly located and convenient! Fenced in back yard for your pets.

Newly retired from a floral career of 42 years, we now can focus our attention to hosting all of our guests.
Why they chose this property
Michael and Victoria purchased this property 24 years ago to run our florist. We redid everything and added an 1200 square foot large 2 bedroom home in which both our parents had resided for years. We sold our shop and no longer have parents that needed care, which allowed us to offer this immaculately clean and comfortable residence as a Vrbo & Airbnb place ! This home is in a residential neighborhood that also was the manitock spring water company for over 125 years !
What makes this property unique
This property is close to everything you need, yet set back and extremely quiet. You will enjoy sitting on the back deck overlooking the woods and 14 acres of our property. With deer often being seen.
