Vibrant and charming top floor studio nestled in the heart of Telluride! Our 350 sqft space offers comfortable living in an unbeatable location with epic mountain views from the hot tub. Perfect for solo adventurers or couples looking for a quaint retreat in the mountains. Enjoy easy access to ski slopes, hiking trails and downtown attractions. The space:
This cozy retreat features a plush queen bed and a convenient twin futon sofa, offering comfortable accommodation for up to 2 guests. The renovated kitchen boasts brand new appliances, perfect for whipping up delicious meals after a long day of adventure in the mountains.
Rest assured you will have the most comfortable stay with us! We are Superhosts and take pride in our guests experience. Although we are currently a new listing, we have perfected every aspect of our condo prior to listing. We know you will enjoy your stay with us!

- There is a coin laundry room in the building on the first floor
Hot Tub:
- Hot tub is shared with our complex and has amazing mountain views! Our hot tub is one of the only hot tubs open year round!
Lofty Bedroom:
- The queen bed is located in the loft, guest must be comfortable with utilizing the ladder to access. We do not recommend booking our unit with children. The ceilings are low/angled in the loft so you will not be able to stand up there.
Parking:
- We have 1 free space available in the condo's parking lot for our guests.
