Beautiful historic home, well maintained. Although the home is large, it feels warm and cozy. Fantastic location that was an easy walk to downtown Exeter where there are great restaurants and cute shops. Easy drives to the ocean, mountains and Boston. After days of hiking, ziplining and even skydiving, it was the perfect peaceful place to relax.

We had an amazing 4-night stay at this super charming and tasteful historic home over my son’s graduation weekend from Phillips Exeter Academy. It truly felt like home. The house is kitted out with everything needed. It’s the perfect launching pad to stay when visiting New England or a child at Phillips Exeter Academy. The location is great. Shops and restaurants are a short walk. The Academy is close but you’re not on top of your child. A shout out to the super responsive owner and property manager.

Thank you so much, Kasey! We're thrilled that the house felt like home during such a special milestone for your family. As Exeter parents ourselves, we know how wonderful it is to have a comfortable place to gather and celebrate during graduation weekend! We love that the house offers the perfect balance of being close to Phillips Exeter Academy and downtown's charming shops and restaurants, while still providing plenty of space and privacy. Thank you for your kind words about our team, too. We'd love to welcome you back whenever your travels bring you to New England!
We had a wonderful time in Exeter, and particularly enjoyed this house. Move in instructions were clear and easy to execute once we arrived. The house is beautifully appointed ,and very comfortable with plenty of space to relax in separate spaces inside and out. The beds were very comfortable, and we all slept very well as a result. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of dishes and silverware, and basic cooking pots and pans. There is a Nespresso machine for coffee, but if regular coffee is preferred there are several coffee shops very nearby. We definitely plan on being repeat renters when back in Exeter!
