The Outdoors
--Driveway/Shed: Gravel driveway to the right of the home, offers enough spaces for 4 cars. You will also see a shed which stores the kayak’s/paddleboards on the backside and life-vests and other outdoor activities in the shed.
--Patio: Private patio facing the river, with an outdoor dining area, seating area and fire pit.
--Dock: Private dock with a lighted path, marine grade light for fishing and picnic table

Inside the Home
---Sunroom: Spacious sunroom with a couch, two chairs, coffee table and a TV on one side and the other side has a large table.
---Kitchen: Fully stocked kitchen with an added bar area! There is a small seating area with a coffee bar next to it as well.
--- Living Room: Stocked with two couches, a coffee table, small bench and a large TV, perfect for a relaxing night!
---Master Bedroom: King size bed, with a sitting area, full length mirror, two closets and TV!
---Landing area: Located on the 2nd floor, includes a bookshelf with kids toys and books, and a dedicated workspace with a monitor, docking station, keyboard and mouse.
---Guest room: Two guest rooms upstairs; one with twin beds and one with a queen size bed. Both have closets and dressers for storage.
---Bathrooms: One bathroom located in the main hallway downstairs and one located upstairs in between the bedrooms.

- NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features two exterior security cameras located over the driveway and the backyard facing towards the dock. The camera does not look into any interior spaces. The camera records video and sound when detected by motion. The camera also takes a still image every few minutes, even if no motion is detected. There is also a noise detector to ensure noise is at a minimum during quiet hours.
