LIVING & SLEEPING

The comfortable living room features a 50-inch Smart TV, shiplap-style fireplace, full-size sleeper sofa and full-size Murphy bed. The private bedroom includes a king-size bed, Smart TV, storage and a dedicated workspace with desk and chair.

Please note: This is a one-bedroom condo. Guests using the Murphy bed and sleeper sofa sleep in the living room.

KITCHEN & DINING

The fully equipped kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster, cookware, dishes, glasses and silverware. The dining table seats six.

The beach is right outside the resort. Step directly from Caribbean Resort & Villas onto the beach and spend your day swimming, relaxing in the sand or enjoying the Atlantic Ocean.

We came down for a weekend stay for our daughter's cheer competition. The condo was as shown and we enjoyed the beach front. The girls had a blast at the pools and the owner was very quick to respond to any message sent. I highly recommend this condo.

The property is beautiful and looks like the advertised pictures except a few things. This property is an outside entrance and not in the main -updated hotel. If I would have known this I probably wouldn’t have reserved this. It does need a bit of work. There are some mold stains on the ceiling over the dining table, the AC units were filthy and needed cleaning and the smell of smoke was all throughout the unit. The size of the unit is perfect and to wake up and see the ocean is perfect. The cleaning company did not change the sheets on the Murphy bed and I had to request sheets. The host was available and responsive. The cleaning company came promptly to give sheets to change the bed. Regardless of these issues, we still enjoyed our stay.

We have already addressed the concerns you mentioned with our cleaning team, including having the ceiling area treated for mildew and the ceiling repainted. We have also followed up with the cleaning team regarding the condition of the AC units and the Murphy bed linens so that these things receive the attention they should before future guests arrive. We also understand your disappointment regarding the location of the entrance to the unit. The property is an exterior-access unit within the resort and we will try to make that distinction clear for future guests. We appreciate your patience when the cleaning team had to bring the Murphy bed sheets and are glad they were able to respond promptly. Most importantly, we’re happy to hear that, despite these issues, you were still able to enjoy your stay and the incredible ocean view. Thank you again for helping us identify areas where we can improve.

We loved the condo! We didn’t have any problem using the code to enter the room and it has everything you need for your stay! even a fireplace and a dishwasher, but for us the nicest thing was the view! Ron is always available and responds quickly to any question We will definitely recommend this nice place!

This room is well maintained and conveniently located right on the beach. As a family of 4, we were more than comfortable with the full kitchen and sleeping accommodations. Basic kitchenware is provided and even some beach toys. Access is simple, convenient, and secure through a keypad on the door. The overall cleanliness of the room adhered to a high standard. There are many family dining and entertainment options available and close to this location.

Fantastic Getaway

The property where the unit is located is under construction. It was difficult to navigate getting to the condo. Hopefully it will be complete soon. The condo was fabulous.It was lovely. I would love to return.

The unit was clean, looked pretty much like the pictures with cute ocean decor, except smaller than expected. Kitchen was well stocked with various items but galley style, so a little tight. There were additional pillows for use with the Murphy bed & pullout sofa, a big blanket but only 1 set of sheets initially provided, so we split in-between the 2. Towels for 4 people but there was 5 of us and unfortunately the laundry facilities at the resort were "out of order" with standing water in 2 of the washers and the other washers had big chunks of detergent in them. Sign was up on day 1 and multiple days later the machines were still broken and front desk said "not sure if any calls were made to get it fixed". None of that was anything the owner could've done anything about but when I let them know, they called the desk (were told machines were fixed when they weren't) and then set up more bath linens to be delivered to us twice (we were there for 7 days), one delivery included 3 full sets of bed linens. The owners were very accommodating and great with communication. The resort overall was nice but not as nice as the pictures looked. 3 elevators many times only 1 was working. 3 pools, 3 hot tubs, kiddie pool, fire pit, bags. Fun pool DJ there most days. Beach was being rehabbed, so lots of construction noise and beach closures that went all day long which was a bummer and tiki bar not always able to make food cause not enough staff. Unit 4.5/5, resort 3.5/5.

The condo is a well-designed one-bedroom space that maximizes comfort and functionality within a coastal resort footprint, and its layout is accurately reflected in the listing photos. Guests consistently enjoy that the condo is privately managed and maintained to a high standard, while the resort provides extensive shared amenities and activities. The resort itself offers a wide range of guest amenities, including 14 pools, multiple hot tubs, The Pirate’s Plunge water slide, on-site dining and beverage options, Starbucks Coffee, Ben & Jerry’s Ice Cream, and convenient access to the well-known Sea Captain’s House Restaurant located right next door. These features continue to make it a popular destination for families and vacationers. We also appreciate your understanding regarding several resort-wide issues during your stay, including the temporary laundry facility outage, elevator availability, and ongoing beach restoration work. While these are outside of our control as individual owners, we did immediately contact resort management on your behalf and arranged additional towel and linen deliveries to ensure your family remained comfortable throughout your stay. The beach restoration project is a short-term improvement and is expected to be completed within the next 2–3 days, after which guests will enjoy the full beachfront experience. We are grateful to have maintained a strong track record of 5-star guest experiences across multiple platforms, reflecting our commitment to cleanliness, accuracy, and responsive guest care. Our goal is to provide a consistent, clean, and accurately represented stay so guests can book with confidence.

We had an amazing 5-day beach vacation! The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.
