About this property

Enjoy wide converging waterways. See dolphins playing and fish jumping. Views from most rooms in the house. Watch sunsets from a screened lanai with a heated pool and waterfall. We have an oversized Azek Deck with a remote control boat lift and a new grill. The deck has lots of seating and our lanai has brand new lounge chairs. We have a two car garage as well as additional parking with an oversized paved stone driveway. Close to the beach and walking distance to parks and shopping. We have three cruiser bikes and an extra bike available for your use.

Spacious four bedroom home with open and bright floor plan. Large pocket sliding glass doors open for entertaining in the pool area. Home features tile in living rooms. Our kitchen has granite counter tops and new 2019 stainless steel refrigerator and new television in the family room.

Great Escape

The overall experience was great, the house interiors are even nicer than the pictures- high ceilings and each room is very large, the beds were great! I am picky with beds and the master bed was amazing, my teenage kids both said the other beds were great as well, pool and screened Lani were a haven from the heat, ceiling fans in almost every room- some things came up that Susan worked out with us or will get fixed- there is not a working BBQ at the house, and I suggest some undercounter lighting in the kitchen as some of the counters could use some more light- Overall a wonderful place to stay and experience the Island and the western everglades

MARCO ISLAND MARCH VACATION

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. Several small issues came up and the owner immediately helped us with the small problems. The house was very clean and location was wonderful. My only recommendation would be to update the pillows and linens. Thank you for the use of your beautiful home.

Simply Amazing

My wife and I came down to Marco to check out the area as a potential for retirement… we absolutely LOVED this house!! Perfect location, wonderful early morning views and awesome sunsets from the deck. Fish galore surrounding the dock and we even had a dolphin visit. Susan was great! She was prompt to answer the few questions that we had…highly recommended and we hope to come back very soon! At the end of our stay my wife and I agree this is exactly how and where we want to retire! Love this place! Thank you Susan for sharing your home with us!
