The condo was clean and ready for us. Had beautiful, classy, simple decor. The host was wonderful and provided all of the information we needed. Host was responsive. The beach view from the 19th floor is unbeatable! In unit laundry and a kitchen full of all pots, pans, silverware, and dinnerware made it easy to make meals. The unit is so perfectly located near so much to do! The Splash Resort itself has so much on the lower levels to keep you entertained! The pools, splash pad, hot tub, lazy river, and kids slide/water jungle gym were great. Places to get snacks and drinks on the property are so helpful. The staff inside and outside are all so friendly! We will 1000% be back and booking this same unit!

The place was just digustingly dirty. We were barefoot in the apartment thinking it was clean butnour feet were BLACK after unloading our suitcases and settling in. The towels were very tiny and very old. Fortunately we had beach towels with us so I used them instead of her bath towels which weren't big enough for a kid. The silver wear was dirty. There was mold in thw showers. I will attach photos. Just don't go to this location if you like clean rooms and towels.

Good stay!

Had some cleanliness issues but addressed it with the host and was contacted back immediately how they were going to take action! I do not believe it was the hosts fault, rather the cleaning company they are using!

We enjoyed our stay very much. No complaints here communication was great check in went smooth. We had the 6 of us 2 adults and 4 kids and it fit us great with GREAT VIEW! Got to even see dolphins swimming off our balcony. We definitely will be back and would love to stay here again next year for spring break!

We loved the view from the top of the building and my daughter made approx 5000 laps around the lazy river. However, we were not impressed with the cleanliness, lack kitchenware, and decor was 90s. Our railing was the only dirty one out of all the rooms on the 19th floor. But I wasn’t too shocked being it was the cheapest room I could find for that week.
