Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Move the trash cans to curb. Do not put food or garbage bags in the blue recycling bin
Put all used towels in laundry room basket
Turn off pool heater, AC temperature set at 78 Clean up, move outdoor furniture to it’s place , turn all lights off and lock the doors
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No sand allowed in the house. Guests must use shower outside to rinse off all the sand before entering the home or the pool.
No sand in the washer. Please shake all the towels and swimsuits off of the sand before washing.
No drugs allowed. No smoking allowed inside the house

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house. It was very clean, thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed, and made for a truly relaxing getaway. Being right on the water was very peaceful. The home was comfortable, well maintained, and had everything we needed for a great stay. We would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, refreshing escape and would happily stay here again.

Our family stayed in this house in June/July 2026 and we couldn’t have been happier. The house was clean, spacious, and comforting. We especially enjoyed the backyard and relaxing on the balconies. Imane was very responsive to texts and calls although we barely had to reach out because the house was in such good order. I’d recommend to family and friends. Thanks Imane !

Great big beautiful home, we really enjoyed the big windows and lots of natural light throughout. Clean and comfortable with plenty of towels. It stormed during our stay so we didnt get to use the pool and cute patio seating but it was cool see it! Would recommend to friends and family for sure. Thank you Imane!

Perfect House

This home is bigger than what it looked like in the pictures. We had enough room for the family with beds to spare. We rented to be close to The Mallard for a wedding we were attending. The location was perfect. Close to restaurants, shop rite and a short drive to the beach.The house was clean and plenty of towels.The pool was an extra plus!! We hope to stay there again.

Wonderful stay - Beautiful home!

My family and I had a wonderful stay in this beautiful new home. Located in a quiet, charming neighborhood - perfect location to head over the bridge to the beach, as well as plenty of shops/restaurants/food options nearby. The small pool was certainly an added bonus-as you don’t find these often at beach homes. House was perfectly stocked with all the essentials - sheets/towels/kitchen items/etc. Check in was a breeze with a quick tour. Communication with owner was great. I highly recommend enjoying this fabulous home!!

Amazing!

Can't thank you enough for providing your lovely home to us. We were able to make memories that will last forever, and my wife's 50th birthday Surprise was a success. We love the fact that you provide sheets and towels most rentals in the area do not, that is a huge bonus. The house was everything and more, plenty of room for people to sleep....We ended up with 14, plenty of room for people to all hang out by the pool or on the multiple levels of exterior living. Again simply amazing and would definitely consider your home again for a large family gathering

Love this area because it is easier access to highway and lots of shopping options but yet across the bridge from the beach. I enjoy being on the water especially while soaking on our newly built pool. Kids can enjoy bike rides or playing by the lake. Especially fantasy island is a great place for children to enjoy
