Brand new home… furniture photos pending. Your vacation awaits in Beach Haven West, NJ at our brand new home. This two story home on a quiet lagoon with bay access is perfect for a family getaway. With four spacious bedrooms which sleep up to 10, there’s plenty of room for guests to comfortably relax. Three full baths, an outdoor shower, central air conditioning and heat make this home cozy and convenient. This home features a large outdoor deck with beautiful lagoon views and a covered area for all-weather enjoyment. Put your feet up in our hammock or lounges by the water. Parking directly on premise. Enjoy all the amenities Long Beach Island has to offer, a short 8 minute drive to fine/casual dining as well as water sports, beach days, mini-golf, arcades, rides, waterpark and much more. Stop in at the Boatyard for some food truck treats, cold drinks, beachy vibes and live music. Visit mainland local traditions such as Mud City Crabs or venture off to Atlantic City's casinos and boardwalk. Step off our dock to explore the lagoons and bay by swimming or with our kayaks and paddle-boards. Walk or ride to the park where you can play pickle-ball, tennis or basketball. Winter rentals welcome.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please return all used items (kayaks, oars, chairs, cushions etc…) to their original location. Clean grill thoroughly if it was used during your stay.
Please run a load of towels before you leave, as they take a long time to dry. Thank you!
All used sheets should be stripped from bed and left by the laundry room.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
