Welcome to your perfect family escape at this serene lagoon-front beach house in Beach Haven West! This 3BR/1BA retreat offers a peaceful waterfront setting just 10 minutes from LBI. Relax under the shaded gazebo, grill dinner on the BBQ, roast marshmallows by the firepit, or rinse off in the outdoor shower after a beach day.

Inside, enjoy a full kitchen with new stainless appliances, fully stocked kitchen, smart TV, hi-speed Wi-Fi, and central AC/heat. Families will feel safe and secure with the childproofed locks out of reach of kids. Pack ’n Play, high chair, splash table, kids’ beach toys and chairs, Kayaks and 4 beach badges — all included.

Linens, blankets, and pillows are provided for your convenience. The home is stocked for comfort with a washer/dryer, tankless hot water heater, and keyless entry. With crabbing and kayaking off your private dock and close access to shops, dining, and attractions, this home is ideal for memory-making year-round.

Propane tank is provided but not refilled after each guest. Each guest must get their own tank filled.

We had a great stay in Beach Haven West. The property was clean and right on the bay. The location was convenient and close to all. The owners were extremely responsive and helpful! Highly recommend for a family with kids if you’re looking to stay near LBI without the craziness.

Joseph was so great to work with! We had a lovely time. The house is clean and beds were comfortable. The back yard is lovely and being right on the canal is great! Easy to get to the beach.

Family-friendly, clean and cozy, host polite and responsive to questions. Only hiccup was it said linens were provided, which I thought included bath towels but that was not the case, only bed linens and dish towels were provided. There's a Walmart close so we were able to get some eaily. The Host also offered to order some from Amazon for us.

Why they chose this property

While working and living in this area right after trade school, I got to experience what it was like enjoying the summers on LBI beaches, the wonderful restaurants and local attractions. Even during the off season it was great doing all the same things without all of the waiting or crowds that busy weekends can bring.

After moving around and finding a home in south Jersey, when it came time to finding our vacation home we knew exactly where we wanted to be.

What makes this property unique

While many homes in this area offer the same great location to the beaches, restaurants, and waterfront enjoyment, what sets our place apart is our focus on family amenities. Because we also use and enjoy this home, I wanted to make sure we didn’t need to lug around pack and plays, height chairs, kids toys, and other bulky items. We provide these amenities plus blankets, linens, pillows. This way you can cut down on the packing and spend more time enjoying the beach, crabbing off the dock, or just relaxing on the patio with a cold drink.
