Whether you’re a boater or a beach bumb, we offer it all with just a short drive to Long Beach island and 7 complimentary beach tags. With a 5 minute boat ride to the Manahawkin Bay you will be at the sandbar in no time, or tour the lagoons with one of our 3 kayaks. After a fun filled day you can unwind by having a soak in the hot tub!
Complete with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths including an outdoor shower, we have everything you need for an awesome family vacation including fully stocked kitchen, bed linens and bath towels! All you need to bring are your beach chairs, beach towels and umbrellas.

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Leave all linens on the beds, the cleaning crew will handle it.
Make sure all dishes are washed or in the dishwasher. Turn dishwasher on before leaving.
Trash day is Monday morning, Recycling is Tuesday morning. Make sure trash is put out.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
