Cozy limestone duplex home centrally located near Indy’s landmarks.
This cozy duplex is rooted in a peaceful quiet neighborhood and only a 10 minute commute to Indianapolis Motor Speedway, Marian University and shopping centers. The home sleeps up to 6 guests comfortably with two bedrooms with smart TV, finished basement with additional sleeping area which includes twin bed, futon, desk and game table. Modern living room with wood burning fireplace and flat screen TV with surround sound for a movie night. Separate dining room area and kitchen includes a coffee and tea bar and equip with cooking ware, dishes and small appliances. Covered front porch and enclosed balcony. Access to laundry room by request only. The home is not child proof but families with children are welcome to stay and board games are available. Street parking and private parking in driveway for two cars. Fenced back yard with grill.

Place trash in the outside dumpster bin next to garage.
Turn thermostat back to 70 degrees.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
