Great location Ten min to the beach, attractions etc. and only 45 min from Airport and Universal/Disney, This VRBO was clean and well appointed (Kitchen, Laundry etc) , While the furnishings showed minor wear and tear, its was well worth the price. I'd book it again when our travels take us back to Cocoa Beach. The host was prompt in our emails and everything was in working order!

The house was lovey! The location was perfect. We enjoyed all the amenities and our grandkids enjoyed the pool immensely. Carla, our host, checked in with us to make sure everything was ok. The kitchen was well equipped and there was nothing that we needed.I would highly recommend this home. There is a lot of great attractions for adults and kids nearby.

This place was great! When we first arrived, we thought it was already larger than we anticipated. Only when we stepped out to the pool did we actually realize there was a whole other section! The home essentially has two masters on opposite ends. Great location. Nice area. We would book here again for sure.

The house was excellent and so much room for our family. The kitchen is well equipped, and we had a wonderful thanksgiving at the house. We wish we had had more time for the activities there, but we did play ping pong, and it was a lot of fun.

My family of 8 spend a fabulous week.The property was clean, had all we needed for the beach, cooler, umbrellas, chairs and boogie boards. The pool was crystalline clear and warm. Our children got in at all times, morning, afternoon and night. We enjoyed beautiful sunset views. My husband used the grill one night, for a yummy dinner. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, serving plates and pots and pans. The AC was wonderful. Carla, the host, was very responsive to our calls. The house is in a quiet street and very close to Publix. I highly recommend this house for your next vacation. Thanks, Rosario.

Don’t miss this house!

We have stayed in a lot of VRBOs and this has to be the best we have visited. The owner has everything you need for the stay, including spices for cooking, candles for ambiance, bikes, sand play toys, etc. We will definitely be looking at their properties again!

We loved our stay. The house is beautiful and the location is great. The house is very clean. The kids enjoyed the pool. Carla the owner was super responsive and made sure we were comfortable while there. I highly recommend.

We prearranged with the host to have a small after wedding reception at the house, it was a lovely space everybody complimented the home. We had five people stay at the house, and every one of us loved it the access to the river in the amenities that the host has with the kayaks and bikes, etc., was very beneficial. The garage is full of additional fun things to do at the house, ping-pong, beach chairs, additional seating it’s really a lovely property. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The host is great with communication quick with responses. The whole experience was very pleasant. I would highly recommend.
