We just got back from a month at this property - no complaints - Cocoa Beach is an awesome location in Florida to spend time w family and relaxHost was very easy to get a hold of but not all that necessary as we did not have any issues Thanks again

Perfect for larger group of beach-goers

Very clean and large home with lots of extras. The pool and large balcony were particularly enjoyed. When they say 5-minute walk to the beach it really is a 5-minute walk to the beach. If you have a larger group, this would be perfect for a either a short or extended stay in Cocoa beach. 10/10 would book again.

It was a great stay had plenty of room for all 6 of us! Extreamly easy beach access. Cooper was great to communicate with and answered us so quickly. We hope to return in the future it was a beautiful comfortable great vacation!!!

Beautiful and comfy spot

Stayed here with my family, my sister's family, and my cousin's family. Very spacious, comfortable, and convenient. Owner was very responsive and very easy to deal with. Lots of nice little amenities like beach cruisers. Honestly, this experience was a breath of fresh air after my past few rentals. Recommended 💯

Coco pool home

Perfect location , however no hot water at kitchen sink , outside sofa by the pool had no cushions like in the picture . The grill is coal burning not gas. But was clean.

Hi Marlo, I'm glad you enjoyed the location. There is hot water in the kitchen. I would be happy to advise on how to change the faucet from cool to hot. I encourage all my guests to reach out if there are any specific needs. There are also two grills available to use. One is a wood pellet grill, with pellets provided, which you turn a dial to heat up. There is also a charcoal Egg style grill which requires manual lighting. Unfortunately cushions do not last very long in the FL weather, so we have decided to discontinue them. Pillows and beach towels are still provided for comfort which can be utilized on the outdoor furniture if desired.

Last and First Rocket Launches

Had a great time with the entire family watching the last launches of 2023 and the first of 2024. A first for all of us. The house is very comfortable and allowed each family subunit their own space while the kitchen/dining was big enough for all of us to share meals and play board games. Very clean, safe neighborhood within walking distance to markets, restaurants and beach/pier.

Amazing Location for an Impromptu Mission Control!

The Iris Lunar Rover team stayed here for the week of the launch of our rover to space. But instead of touring Cape Canaveral and hanging out around Cocoa Beach, we ended up staying at the house the entire time in order to start our mission much sooner than expected. It turned out to be the perfect place for the hectic activities: enough table and sitting space for working groups, and with a relaxing environment for short breaks, including the large patios & pool areas that let us enjoy *Florida without even leaving the house! Cooper was also understanding and accommodating when we set off the door alarm multiple times, and then asked for an extra day last minute, etc. 10/10 would highly recommend this beautiful property for any large group vacation!! (PS: while I didn't bring my dogs this time, he has some bowls next to the door to his huuuge fenced-in back yard. So no need to leave the dogs at home next trip!!)

Very disappointing.

We had such high hopes for this property. Once we got there when you open the front door, the house is dark and smelly, but it was like a dungeon on the first floor. To make a long story short. We ended up going to Publix and buying products to clean ourselves and had to air the house out. It was as though people were cooking all weekend. The house was closed up and it smelled like food.Grease and old garbage. I did reach out to the owner who is not in town and he said that they his cleaners had a short time to prepare the home as he had back to back reservations. We ended up cleaning the pool ourselves getting rid of pizza boxes with food still left them there and food items from the previous. Reservation aside from that the house was unkept we had to open hurricane shutters, pull back curtains that were very old torn and stained. We ended up cleaning insect poop not sure what insect it was from but we ended up cleaning the windowsills once we got the curtains, pulled back and opened up the hurricane shutters to let them natural light and we ended up having to clean and dust ourselves, we moved together for our family and found food food, wrapping popsicle, sticks, etc. underneath one of the sofas the TV upstairs the main bedroom did not work the fans in the kitchen over the large dining room table did not work. The cushions outside by the pool were missing so they had deck sofas out there without cushions. The umbrellas were broken. We couldn’t open them the deck upstairs.

There were a number of minor issues encountered during this stay. The guest received a refund of the cleaning fee for the missed food items, and a minor issue with a GFCI circuit that has been fixed. As far as the TV, umbrellas, cleaning supplies, "deck chairs" etc etc - these things are all present and perfectly functional. It was suggested to me by the guest to "vett" my other guests better. Unfortunately, as hosts we are fairly limited to relying on reviews from other hosts to do this. Therefore, I cannot recommend this type of guest for home sharing platforms.

Cooper was a very responsive host. Mostly due to some unusual weather conditions there were a few items that needed attention at the start of the the three week stay. Cooper responded immediately to solve the issues. Accentuating what we saw as positives, house was close to beach & only two blocks to a Publix and walking distance to a bunch of varied and decent restaurants. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood without much traffic. Compass our dog loved the large fenced in yard to explore and long walks in the neighborhood.Since it was unusually cold for Florida, the solar heated pool was unable to keep temperature so that was a bummer. The pool itself was large and nice. The expanse of patio lounging areas was also a plus. We utilized the nice grilles provided for some great meals. All in all a nice winter getaway.
