Our stay was absolute paradise! We loved the "off the beaten path" vibe. All the amenities to us were top notch, and it was a breath of fresh air from the crowds everywhere else in Florida.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Ants everywhere, kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms.They got into all our food on the counter. Room needs to be updated. Looks like the living room TV broke so they added another one without taking the broken one away. Could not get the sliding door open so went in and out through the bedroom. Turning on a light in the kitchen and blew a fuse in the bedroom. Very outdated.

The overall stay was wonderful. The building was being worked on, so we were not able to go out the back door, which made it a little inconvenient. The shower head had rubber bands around it to hold it together. There were plenty of boogie boards and buckets. The beach was beautiful.

Beautiful island and comfortable condo. The pool and hot tub were open and lovely. The walk to the beach is beautiful. We loved the sunset view from the screened porch. The beach is shallow and very calm- perfect for littles. Would come again. The ferry is convenient- be aware that the resort provides a punch card for the ferry that you need to keep in the car or you will be charged. There is a bellman at the entrance to help you get luggage and groceries to the condo. Next time we will rent a golf cart.

Pool was still closed due to previous hurricane damage but we had been told that prior to arriving and the kids were perfectly occupied by the beach.

If you want to get away, this is the place.

Reviewer Comments: My wife and I wanted a place to just relax and get away from the hustle and bustle of life and that is exactly what we got.Our apartment was clean and close to the pool with an excellent view of the ocean beyond. We decided to rent the golf cart and what a difference that made. I would strongly recommend renting the golf cart to get around and explore.Other than pool and beach there is not much to do and leaving the island is an option but just make sure you get back before the fairy makes its last trip.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall my Vacation rental was great. The Kitchen utensils could use a refresh they are pretty worn out and in poor shape. I know most people don't cook but we did make breakfast and one dinner and we just had to make due. Also the Grills outside would not get hot enough to grill a steak so we just finished it in the oven. Overall the unit was nicely furnished and very comfortable.

Easy beach access with blue water and beautiful beach. Enjoyed swimming in the pool to mix it up. We also took advantage of the grills by the pool. Staff is very friendly.

Water Taxi to Johnny Liverrocks is our favourite!!Villas are always immaculate and beautifully appointed. We have NEVER had a Villa that was not beautiful!!No lack of shells on the beach.This is not a vacay if you want crowds of people. The beach is yours and the sunsets to die for!PI See you soon!:)

A double ended ferry with one way driving straight forward and off with tug working along side would speed the process. Sunday service very slow.
