This custom built home comes with stainless steal appliances, granite counter tops, and beach cottage decor. You won't need to bring towels, beach chairs, or umbrellas as the home comes with all the amenities you need to enjoy the beach. Don Pedro Island is a pristine 8 mile barrier island with sandy roads and natural beauty. Guests can walk, bike, or ride a golf cart to the beach as it is just 1/2 mile away.

Why they chose this property

Don Pedro Island is my escape from the hustle and bustle of city living. I first visited the island twenty years ago and immediately fell in love. My wife and I have built this home as our vacation getaway and we want to share this dream with you.

What makes this property unique

Don Pedro is an 8 mile pristine island with an abundance of nature. Vehicles and passengers are transported onto the island via ferry and it is what makes the island so exclusive.
