Newly Remodeled & Upgraded Home w Deck, Bar, PingPong Area Volleyball Sand Court

This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, and outdoor shower home sits on one of Florida's most beautiful and pristine barrier islands. The home is fully stocked with most amenities and all the modern conveniences. While most of your time will be spent on the beach this home has a lovely living and dining area for families to come together. If you prefer dining outside there is a beautiful deck and bar area downstairs. A beautiful volleyball beach style area and ping pong table to ensure everyone enjoys their stay. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a master bath. A second room has a queen size bed while the third room has two twin-XL beds. Living room has a full size sleeper sofa. The open concept living and dining allows for 6 to 8 guests to dine comfortably.

Ferry Transit: Don Pedro island is only accessible by ferry. Every day cars, golf carts, and pedestrians are transported to and from the island. Please visit palmislandtransit.com for rates and schedules. All guests are responsible for their own ferry fees.

Our second long stay at this location. Host is great to work with and the location is perfect. We’ve had guests both years and they love it just as much as we do. Beach is close, the little garden next door is great for kids, and the neighborhood is quiet.

Great family party house. Lots to do, they have beach chairs, umbrellas, towels etc. Very clean and attention to detail. Must bring all food, drink and toiletries. We loved it!

Great place to stay at a reasonable cost. Only real issue was the internet hardly works so we could not get our baby monitors connected. Other than that, bring what your need and you should enjoy the house.

Everyone loved the ping pong table, volleyball court and being so close to the beach. You’re close enough to walk to the beach but we drove our rental to the public parking area on the side of the road. The outdoor shower is a very nice amenity after a day out on the beach before going back into the house. Make sure to bring your own towels, dish soap, laundry soap, bath/ shower soap/shampoo, charcoal, charcoal lighter, AND toilet paper, paper towels, GARBAGE BAGS. It was a lot of fun. The first day I had to call hostess just past check in time (4:18pm) to get the code on the door changed and she was most delighted to help. Light switch in master bathroom was broken. Everything else worked as it should.

8 miles of paradise (no exaggeration). There are not many beaches left in the United States where on any given day you could be on the beach and not see another person for hours. Swim, fish, snorkel, shell, or just simply read your favorite book. The five minute ferry ride transports your vehicle and passengers and it is what makes the island pristine and exclusive. Once you drive off the ferry, simply park your car under the home and relax. Put on your sandals and walk, bike, or ride a golf cart to the beach.
