The lower level has been perfectly appointed with an adorable sitting area with a dry bar and walk out to the lake front. A full bathroom and laundry room have been added to the lower level for additional convenience.

Enjoy picnics under the sun on the patio, or head down to the waterfront for water adventures and explorations.
