Updated and contemporary ground floor corner unit!
Welcome to Condo 94, which is a first floor corner unit facing the Lagoon. Our front door is the entrance to our enclosed sunroom where you can dine at the table or even play cards under the stars! New ceramic tile floors greet and guide you throughout the entire living space.
A new leather sectional sofa and decorative wicker chairs provide ample seating for friends and family. Four bar stools provide seating for indoor meals while six can be accommodated at our table on our spacious patio. The relaxing master bedroom holds a king bed, the first guest room has a queen bed and the second guest bedroom includes two twin beds.
Both full bathrooms have been newly renovated with glass shower doors, new vanity sinks and fixtures. TV's located in the living room, master bedroom and second bedroom. The roomy outdoor patio faces West on the Lagoon and pool area with a lovely view of swaying palms and landscaping. With just a brief walk to the beach, we know you will find, as we have, that our home away from home is restful, relaxing and beautiful.
