About this property

Duplex Marais Square du Temple/Parking

Our duplex appartement is composed of two bedrooms located on each floor and two bathrooms ( one with shower/bath). Our large open four window living area space with open kitchen has a view on the square du temple in the heart of the marais. We also provide a comfortable couch bed in the living room which sleeps two people. You can enjoy the view while sitting on our balcony. We have an AC unit in the living room area and a portable AC in the large bedroom on the first floor.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Great location in Paris

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment is lovely - comfortable, well-kept, and exactly as described. The neighborhood is excellent: safe, charming, and full of great spots to walk to. Transportation was incredibly convenient, with two subway lines just a short walk away, which made getting around the city fast and easy. Our central neighborhood is by far the best in Paris. The 3rd is known for its charming streets, elegant architecture, boutiques, and fabulous cafes and restaurants.
The metro is a 2 min walk away, so you can be at Paris's most well known monuments in just 20min. Notre Dame cathedral, pompidou art galerie, the Seine river is 10 min walk away.

What makes this property unique

Our modern appartment is two story, very unique for Paris. It has very large windows which makes it very light. It is located accross from a small park. We have two bathrooms, a shower and a bathtub.
