This 4th-floor, pet-friendly condo in New Smyrna Beach offers a stunning ocean view, welcoming families and their furry friends to experience the charm of the coast. In this inviting condo perched on the 4th floor, every detail is curated to enhance your family's beach vacation. Filled with child-friendly amenities, including a pack-and-play, changing station, and highchair, the condo is an ideal retreat for the whole family. The living area is a plush haven, equipped with a comfortable pull-out sofa for extra sleeping space, a recliner to sink into after a day of beach combing, and a large Smart TV that stands ready to host your family movie nights or catch your favorite series in high definition.

The kitchen, a snapshot of modern convenience, boasts up-to-date appliances and all the essentials for brewing your morning coffee or concocting a family feast. It's a space that's perfectly equipped to handle a quick snack or a full-course dinner, keeping everyone content and ready for the next adventure. Guests are provided with both a Keurig and Drip coffee Maker, 4-burner stove, oven, fridge, and freezer.

In the master bedroom, tranquility reigns with a luxurious king-sized bed and a dedicated Smart TV, ensuring private moments of relaxation and leisure. The large windows offer soothing views of the pool area, which in the soft morning light, provides its own serene backdrop.

The guest bedroom is just as welcoming, featuring a queen-sized bed with a twin pull-out trundle that beckon for a restful night's sleep. Here, your guests or children can nestle into their own quiet corner of the condo, away from the hustle and bustle of the shared spaces.

This condo also respects the importance of your furry family members. While pets are heartily welcomed, we kindly request that they are leashed in common areas and enjoy their walks in the designated off-property spaces, ensuring a comfortable stay for all guests.

With a modest height of five stories, accessibility to every condo is effortless. Externally, indulge in a variety of amenities such as two seasonally heated pools, a welcoming clubhouse equipped with complimentary Wi-Fi, shuffleboard courts, a spacious beach deck, and exclusive access to one of New Smyrna Beach's most serene areas.

Established in 1973, the complex comprises 85 units each in Sea Coast Gardens II and III.
The complexes are cherished for their tranquil allure, situated on a non-vehicular section of New Smyrna Beach, offering a serene retreat. With options ranging from condos with breathtaking beach views to those located oceanfront, coupled with magnificent sunset vistas, the complex provides a sublime waterside living experience.

What's near Sea Coast Gardens II & III

New Smyrna Beach, renowned for its extensive 17-mile stretch of pristine sandy beaches, stands as a favored destination for surfing enthusiasts and family holidays. It hosts the historic Flagler Avenue and Canal Street, adorned with unique neighborhood shops, a diverse array of dining venues, and a plethora of outdoor activities such as golf, kayaking, and boating, ensuring there's always an adventure awaiting your exploration in New Smyrna Beach.

If you do decide to bring your furry friend with you, there is a pet fee of $150 a week or $300 for a month long rental (per pet). This is simply to reward our cleaners for the extra detail they will put in to remove any additional stains or shedding that occur during your best friends stay in our home. :)

Thank you for choosing us for your vacation accommodations. We strive to provide all guests with a clean, comfortable, and respectful environment while maintaining compliance with all community and property rules. This Guest Acknowledgment Statement confirms your understanding and agreement to abide by the rules and policies that will be outlined in your check-in documents.

1. RECEIPT OF RULES & POLICIES
I acknowledge that I have received and reviewed the check-in documents provided by New Smyrna Stays, which were sent via email three (3) days prior to my arrival. These documents include important information regarding check-in procedures, community rules, unit-specific guidelines, and safety protocols.

2. COMPLIANCE WITH COMPLEX AND COMPANY RULES
I understand and agree to fully comply with all complex rules and New Smyrna Stays company policies during my stay. I recognize that these rules are in place to ensure a pleasant experience for all guests and to maintain the integrity of the community.

3. PET POLICY – STRICT ENFORCEMENT
I understand that the vacation rental complex has a strict pet policy that must be followed at all times. Violations of this policy will result in an automatic $200 fine and may also lead to immediate eviction from the property with no refund.

Pets are only permitted if pre-approved for the specific unit and must be kept leashed at all times in all common areas. Additionally, pets are NOT permitted to relieve themselves anywhere on the property grounds, including lawns, landscaped areas, walkways, or parking lots. All pet restroom needs must be taken off-property.

Failure to comply with this rule affects all guests and owners. If pet policies continue to be ignored, the complex may permanently revoke pet privileges for all future guests. Your adherence protects the community's current pet-friendly status.

4. SMOKING & VAPING POLICY
I understand that smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the condo, as well as on any balconies, patios, or outdoor areas attached to the unit. This includes cigarettes, cigars, pipes, e-cigarettes, and any other smoking devices.

Violation of this policy may result in additional cleaning fees, fines, or immediate eviction without refund. This policy exists to maintain the cleanliness and safety of the unit, and out of respect for other guests and residents.
