The Wyndham Kingsgate resort is less than a mile away from Historic Williamsburg and seven miles from Busch Gardens. The resort has a friendly staff that is available 24/7. The resort has 2 outdoor swimming pools, a indoor swimming pool and an outdoor hot tub. Amenities available with the condo rental are use of the exercise room, pools, hot tub, movie theater, picnic/BBQ area, game room, playground, miniature golf and two tennis courts.

The condo available for rent is a 3 bedroom 3 bath furnished lock off condo. A 3 bedroom 3 bath lock off condo is a 2 bedroom deluxe and 1 bedroom combined like an adjoining room. The condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, cookware and dishes. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a bathroom, the second bedroom has a king size bed, the third bedroom has a king size bed and the unit has two queen size sofa sleeper in each living room. The condo will have 2 living rooms with a balcony in the 2 bedroom unit. This unit is about 1,600 square feet.

The name provided will need to be the name of the person responsible for checking into the condo. The name on the reservation with be the only one allowed to check in with the resort front desk. The guest checking into the condo must be at least 21 years old.

We can put up to two names on the guest confirmation and the rest of the guest can be added at check in. ANY CHANGES TO THE GUEST CONFIRMATION ONCE CONFIRMED REQUIRES A $129 CHANGE FEE.

The resort requires a security deposit of $250.00 at check in.

The resort does collect a daily $13.00 amenities fee per condo.

Williamsburg get away

No issues at Patriots Place. No sales, no troubling phone calls to buy there.The amenities were as advertise and more. Wyndham has tailored the area for adults and families with bar service as well as free arcade for the kids.

Family 4-day Getaway

We stayed in the 3 bedroom LO condo, which was perfect for me and my husband and our adult son and daughter for our mini-vacation. My husband and I stayed in the separate but adjoining 1 bedroom unit while the adjoining two bedroom, 2 bath unit was ideal for son/daughter and family meals and entertainment. There was so much to like about our stay: The unit looks exactly like the photos and the grounds were immaculate. The staff were attentive, friendly and helpful. The resort has plenty to offer like the arcade, putt-putt golf, tennis/pickleball court, three pools (we loved that they had a separate outdoor pool for adults!) and the poolside restaurant. I've stayed at different resorts and hotels in Williamsburg over the years, but this was by far the best in terms of what it offered and the close proximity to all the happenings (restaurants, stores, and outlets etc). We all had nothing but great things to say about our stay and would book again!

Birthday trip

Property is about 15 minutes from Busch Gardens and Water Country. The check in wasnt difficult but you get harrassed to do a timeshare promotion. Property is really nice and it was not stressful having young kids in the house. All rooms have king size beds and own bathroom. Overall, it was a great stay and will stay here again when we come back to the Amusement parks.

Property needs remodeling!

The purpose of the trip was for my family vacation. Upon check-in, we had to visit a time share counter. We informed them several times we were not interested but they persisted and event texted and called the next morning to see if we changed our mind. There was flooding on the first floor. Our AC stopped working which caused a family of 8 to have to move to a different unit. We had to also move our hot dinner that we just cooked. The property took over an hour for someone to come check the AC. It was over 90 degrees and we had my elder mother. We moved and we told we would receive help. No one came to help us. When we moved. Our toilet flooded the entire bathroom and the AC again was not working. We waited again for maintenance. For compensation for the inconvenience we were offered a refund of the resort fee, $100 AMEX gift card, and two 7 days/6 nights trips. We have not received anything!
