It's equipped with a high-end sound system, dedicated work area, and fast Wi-Fi, ensuring both relaxation and productivity. The private yard and deck invite outdoor enjoyment amidst quiet surroundings. Ideal for adventurers and professionals alike, this property offers a serene escape close to local attractions.



The Space:

You will love this well appointed 2 bedroom home. It is part of a duplex but there is only one wall shared with the other unit making it feel like a truly private space. This unit has its own driveway and ample street parking make this a great choice for Alaskans looking to overnight and visit Anchorage or guests visiting our great state and looking for a property with easy access to the airport



Guest Access:

Parking is located on the driveway of 54th Street. Enter through the fence to the left of the garage and up the exterior stairs to the top deck.



The Neighborhood:

Tucked in off International Airport road, this location is perfect for close access to the airport as well as some shopping and dining conveniences close by. Minnesota Drive, is one of the main North and South corridors for Anchorage providing quick access to the Seward Highway or into downtown Anchorage



Getting Around:

We always recommend a rental car, but Lyft/Uber/Taxi is readily available



Other Things to Note:

We do not refund any Credit Card Fees associated with your reservation. We also charge a $300 deposit/hold for you stay with us. This is mandatory and should you not have the funds to process the booking amount plus hold will result in immediate cancellation and no refund.
