Grateful for a reasonable and clean to stay while visiting our dad at the hospital. Communication with the host was excellent and the house was very spacious. Would definitely consider staying here again if I am in the area again.

This was a great location for Butler Univeristy visit. Plenty of on street parking, and large home. Bedrooms are generously sized and beds were very comfortable. We appreciated that there was a fan in the closet for a warm night. Needs more living room seating for the number of people that can be accommodated in this large property.

Grateful for a clean and spacious place to stay that is near the hospital. The check-in process was super easy and the host responded to questions or promptly. We didn't get to use the kitchen for cooking, but it seemed to be stocked with everything one would need. A great place to stay that I will definitely consider when back in the area.

House is very clean, needs updated living room furniture as well as more seating. We had 11 people in a LR with 5 places to sit, kitchen had seats around the table and counter, but not really a comfortable place to sit for an evening.Basement had one of the bedrooms however the large basement area had no furniture and a large TV that was not functioning. Although this sounds negative I would stay here again but the owner needs to improve some of these issues to charge the amount that they do.
