Conveniently close to nature walks, bicycle trails, golfing, beach and water sports and shopping. Neighborhood is beautiful, safe, and highly desirable for walks.

Kitchen furnished with fridge, stove top and oven, coffee maker and microwave oven, and a cozy dining and sitting area. Washer and dryer included in the unit for ultimate convenience. Outside is a private area with table with chairs and a BBQ, along with an incredible view of Santa Barbara.

We have lived in Santa Barbara for over 40 years, at this location for over 30 years, and have raised our two children here as well as hosting international college students in our home. We have a beautiful apartment and decided to make it available for short stays.
