Darling, single story, one bedroom home is great for a small family or couple. With its darling heated and fully enclosed casita you'll be able to work - or nap - in a quiet space outside the home.

The bedroom has a king sized bed, TV as well as its own sink, plenty of storage for longer trips, along with access to the side yard and bubbly hot tub.

The living room looks onto the garden, has a fire place, TV and comfy couch good for four. The window seat in the living room is a great place to read, have coffee and gaze out at the garden or creates additional seating for living room chats.

The bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet and sink as well as linen storage and hair dryer. An additional shower is located outdoors creating a beachy, private space for getting ready.

Gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Load used towels and bath mat in wash, add soap and turn on. Thanks!

Turn off ceiling and kitchen fan, lights and AC unit

Close and lock doors and windows, place key back in the lock box. Thanks for staying with us!

Outdoor activities must brought inside the home between 10 pm - 8 am. Excessive noise at any hour not permitted due to close nit neighborhood.

Pet fee,1st pet. Second pet, $95/stay. Barking and waste must be managed daily. Pet waste left at check-out: $65. Not permitted on furniture/beds
