A wonderful place to stay. Secluded and peaceful with lots of spots to sit outside and take in nature. Also lots of windows with beautiful views. Comfy beds and sofa.Super clean. Very gracious host. Great location. Very close to Morro Bay (minutes) and the dog beach. Also close to San Luis Obispo, Cayucos and Cambria.

Absolute oasis! Plenty of places for your beloved dog to run, everything was well stocked, comfy beds and clean! What more could one ask? Plenty of room inside and outside. Very peaceful!

Beautiful views! Bird watchers paradise! Close to many nearby hikes and an easy trip to town. Appliances worked great. Our favorite part was coffee with the deer!

Beautiful location just of Highway 41 with a fantastic view of surrounding area. Home is older but clean. Master bedroom bathroom door is very difficult to close for privacy. Ana was a very easy host to work with. We would go back. Lots of room and a great value for the price.

Overall experience was great. Plenty of supplies and everything we needed. The host was immediately available to any questions or help needed. Fantastic 4th of July with family and even the dogs! We will be returning here for sure

First Confirmation gathering.

The property was beautiful and we enjoyed it, even though the weather was chilly and rainy. We were cozy inside and still loved looking outside at the scenery and wild life. The kitchen was set up in a way that was easy to use. The beds were comfortable. Four adults and and two teenagers fit very easily in the space. As we were driving down the driveway, on our way home we saw two deer grazing on the hillside. This was a quiet, and lovely alternative to a hotel, even though the bathrooms were a little dated, it was well worth being there in a home-like setting where we could interact as a family.

A spectacularly stunning & serene landscape!

Oak Creek Retreat is the ideal place for to dwell with good company. With a vast array of kitchen amenities, plenty of the best board games, and a curated collection of classic vinyl - it's a great place for old friends to meet up and hold excellent conversations! The lodgings are comfortable and spacious, and the living room is like a great hall filled with gorgeous vistas of the valley below. We had the distinct pleasure of watching the local fauna bustling around the property: We saw a great deal of birds of prey including a coopers hawk and a great horned owl, as well as a family of deer! We were able to soak up all of the majesty of the brilliance of Atascadero, and we are already talking about making a return visit to the property.
