This beautiful home is located within a 7 minute drive to the Coachella/Stagecoach venue at the Empire Polo Club. You can relax in the tranquil back yard where you can play corn hole, relax on a lounger, go for a swim, BBQ & dine poolside, or enjoy the fire pit under the stars. Inside there's plenty to entertain your group with a pool table and board games, while large screen TVs are located in every room. Full-sized washer and dryer units are located in the house as well for your convenience. The garage is available for game play or to park your vehicle out of the desert heat.
