Common Concerns: *Road Conditions: Some of our cabins are on steep, narrow, curvy, mountain roads. If you are concerned about road conditions to get to a cabin, please feel free to ask us! None of our cabins requires a 4-wheel drive under normal weather conditions, but some do in inclement weather. *TV & WiFi: We do have TVs and WiFi in most of our cabins. There are times when heavy cloud cover, weather systems, mountains, or trees will cause problems with the signals. We always want our guests to have the comforts they want on vacation, but there are times we cannot control this problem. *Pests & Wildlife: Here in the Smoky Mountains, we have lots of native bugs and wildlife. All of our cabins are treated for pests, but there are times you will find bugs or even have trouble with bugs. Fall/Winter is ladybug season in the Smokies, and these little buggers are attracted to heat, meaning your cabin and every other one out there that is warm! They will swarm to the cabin, and you'll probably see them alive/dead on windowsills, in vents, etc. Rest assured that your cabin has regular pest control and is professionally cleaned, including bug removal, before and after your stay. However, these bugs come back right away, and unfortunately, there is nothing that can be done about them until the season passes. Please never feed, taunt, or approach any wildlife. This is their home, and we are the visitors. *There are no refunds for storms or power outages. If there is a power outage, there will be no water and potentially no heat. Storms can also make roads impassable, so if a storm is in the forecast during your reservation, come prepared with water and non-perishable food, etc.
FEES: The management company of this cabin charges a $20 per stay Damage Waiver Fee to every customer. It is automatically included in your rate. This covers our guests for up to $350 worth of accidental damage should damage occur during their stay. If damage occurs to the cabin, furnishings, etc, please report it to management as soon as possible so that the damage can be repaired. You may opt out of paying the $20 damage waiver fee by putting down a $350 REFUNDABLE damage deposit.
✨ Peace of Mind & Travel Insurance: I want your stay to be stress-free and enjoyable. Please note that this home has a strict cancellation policy. Because life can be unpredictable, we encourage all guests to purchase travel insurance for extra peace of mind. This way, you can book with confidence knowing you’re protected no matter what comes up. This can be done at www.insuremytrip.com where you can pick the coverage that suits your situation.

Everything was awesome. Cabin was better than expected. Our group had an amazing time! Would suggest changing the "chick shades" in the master bathroom as you can see straight in from the driveway, they do not have any privacy.

Hi Allyson,
Thank you so much for the 10/10 review! We are thrilled to hear that the cabin was even better than expected and that your group had such an amazing time.
We also really appreciate the honest feedback regarding the shades in the master bathroom. Privacy is a top priority for us, and we definitely don’t want our guests feeling "on display" from the driveway! We will be looking into replacement window treatments immediately to ensure the next guests have a more secluded experience.
We would love to host your group again the next time you're looking for a getaway!
Great place for our sports car vacation. Ample room for 9 of us. Everything was as advertised and the staff was very supportive and helpful!

Thank you so much for the fantastic review! 🚗✨ We're happy to hear the cabin was a great fit for your sports car getaway and that everyone in your group had plenty of space. It’s always our goal to provide exactly what we promise, so we're especially glad everything met your expectations. We’ll be sure to pass your kind words along to our team — they’ll love hearing they made a positive impact on your stay. Hope to have you all back again soon! 🏡🙌
This is an awesome place for a group of 10 - 12. Only one complaint…the beds in the master upstairs and the two bedrooms downstairs are really hard. My wife and I stayed in the master…it was like laying on the floor for us. Maybe we’re just used to a softer mattress.😂

Thank you for your feedback! We're so glad to hear that you enjoyed the space for your group. We really appreciate your input about the mattresses. We're sorry to hear they were too firm for your comfort—mattress preferences can definitely vary, and we’ll definitely take your comment into consideration as we continue to improve the space. We hope the rest of your stay was enjoyable, and we’d love to host you again in the future!
Loved staying here. Clean, quiet, relaxing.Kudos to the property management team. One of my friends ended up needing to order a replacement part to some of her medical equipment. It was supposed to be delivered by FedEx, but apparently was transferred to USPS for local delivery. My friend received a confirmation that the item was "delivered to a mailbox". But there''s no mailbox at the house, just some locked mailboxes at the neighborhood entrance. Property management had to get the key from the owner (an hour away) and the package was on the front porch when we arrived back at the house that evening. We appreciate the help so much. It was above and beyond.
When we first got to the cabin we found that the TV did not work over the fire place. They have an extension cord ran from the TV outside to the back deck and plugged in outside. This outlet did not work when we tried it. This was resolved the next day when maintenance came out. The under sink cabinet door also fell off the first time we opened the door but this was left and not repaired by the time we left. Our kids were outside playing and the neighbors are close enough that they called the cabin owners and complained that they were outside screaming. This was well before dark and the HOA quite time. Beyond those issues the cabin was wonderful and clean. We had no other issues and were happy with the cabin. The company that manages the cabins were wonderful to work with and very responsive. We plan to book with them again in the future.

Thank you for sharing your feedback! We’re glad to hear that, overall, you enjoyed your stay and found the cabin clean and comfortable. We sincerely apologize for the issues you experienced with the TV and under-sink cabinet door, and we appreciate you bringing them to our attention. We’re glad to know that maintenance was able to resolve the TV issue quickly.
We also understand how important it is to balance fun for the kids and respecting neighbors, and we’ll make sure to communicate more clearly with future guests regarding noise levels in the area.
We're thrilled to hear that our team was responsive and that you plan to book with us again. We’ll continue to improve to ensure every guest has an even better experience next time!
