This spacious three story ocean front townhouse is fully furnished for your Florida vacation. The living/dining combo and kitchen are on the second floor which also includes a half bath and a private balcony with amazing views. The master bedroom is on the top floor and has a king size bed and a private balcony with stunning views of the beach and ocean. The second and third bedrooms are located on the ground level and offer a full size bed, and two twin beds. Two additional bedrooms on the ground floor as well as a patio overlooking the beautiful beachside dunes. Pack your beach towels, hair dryer, a fun-in-the-sun attitude, and get ready to enjoy beautiful, historic St. Augustine.

The condo was a convenient walk to both the beach and pool. It’s a quiet neighborhood and the grounds were very well kept. The condo had 3.5 bathrooms which was great; 2 bedrooms had en suites, there was a full bath on the bottom level and a half bath in the 2nd level. The back of the condo had beautiful ocean views from the 2nd and 3rd levels. It could have used some updating cosmetically, but was clean and reasonably priced. We had one question and the host responded quickly.
