Great location with beautiful views

The condo was newly renovated so everything was nice, clean, and comfortable. The beach chairs were a plus. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others.

This was a very nice condo and beautiful beach - the people were very nice however the price given was not in fact the full amount. They increased it by 400.when they debuted my account and they charged each person a fee to use the pool. I would have selected another option if I had know that when pricing where to stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It needed to be stocked better. No beach towels. No tissues. One roll of toilet paper per bathroom. A wine frig and no corkscrew. We purchased one. No spices of any kind. These things are items found in a rental normally. Otherwise, a very nice condo.

Great Condo

We used to live in Navarre beach. Came for a last minute trip and so glad this unit was available. This Condo was great with fantastic views of the Gulf and quick/easy access to the beach. Clean and beutiful decor and comfortable beds. Only complaints were not being able to access the outdoor closet with the extra beach chairs and beach toys, but the condo came with set-up of two chairs and umbrella so our girls just sat on towels. Internet was also out so we couldnt watch shows at night via our apps or take care of work-related stuff quickly, but we werent there for work ;) However, I will say our property manager, Elizabeth, was phenomonal and did everrythibg she could to assist us and make it an enjoyable visit.

The beach chairs are a huge plus also as not all condos come with beach service. It was unfortunate that we could not access the owner's closet. I am not sure we had the correct code that was given to us but we are efforting having this resolved. I appreciate the kind words about me as I try to resolve any issues as quickly as possible. Relaxing getaway at sterling sands 309

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I wpuld rate the condo 4/5. Overall our expetience was good. There were a few hickups but were resolved quickly by Molly. Our code to get into the condo did not register to unlock thr door. After trying numerous times, my husband pushed the handle and the door opened. We think it was never properly closed by the cleaning staff thus would not register our code sfter looking the door to get our luggage. Called the office and got a neew code within minutes. The condo is nice although there are a couple of things that are inconvenient. Although the matresses are comfortable they are too high in both of the rooms. I am 5' 7" and had trouble getting up into the bed. My concern was that i may fall and break something getting out of the bed during the night. The kitchen is adequately stocked but as i always recommend i wish no one stocked it with non stick pots snd pans. They are all scratched up and thus notbsafe to use. Bringbyour own skillet to make breakfast.Thrrecwere only 2 of us so we had plentlybof towels but i don't think there would be enough if we has 4 more guests with us.I havd slso noted with most of the condos we have stsyed in that with the hard wood floors, the cleaning crew does not clean them. So when youbwalk barefoot, the bottom of your feet turn black. This was the cade here as well.I do recommend this condo, just prepare to bri g dome essentials.The location is great and the beach was wonderful. There were no jellyfish or seaweed and the water was crystal clear.
