Superb

You will not be disappointed with the cleanliness and attention to detail in this themed VRBO. All characteristics of this rental have been fine tuned to maximize the pleasure of the guest. Located on the water with private outdoor leisure, games, boating, cooking available, you will be well entertained. A pleasant and attentive host and wife provide the 'icing on the cake' to this wonderful VRBO.

lack of info from host (exact address not provided). Had trouble finding the place.property description no menton of 2nd floor or the stairs. As a mobility impaired individual I was afraid to use the stairs and unable to use the available amenities. Very dissapointing.the tv ws great, but could have used a guide on how to use.excelent kitchen facilties!!hosts were helpful and available. Good job.the unit was clean and comfortable.use of the upper level porch and deck was very welcome to us. Area restauarants not very close and not that manyWould reccommend for families with lots of things to do and enjoy except for todlers (steps again) could be dangerous.

I have now listed 2nd floor in the title of the listing. Thank you for bringing that to our attention. I'm sorry you were disappointed in that. I'm very disappointed to receive 3 stars from you as we did everything we could have done to assist with your enjoyment there such as access to the upper screened porch and deck which normally aren't part of that listing. if you had read the listing thoroughly before booking, you would have read that "we live downstairs and are available at any time to assist you". And further down in the description again.. "We live downstairs". Not understanding how you didn't have our address. Perhaps, for clarity next time and to help us both, a prior communication concerning your mobility impairment would have been helpful- after all, many one story homes have a good number of stairs to navigate.
