Located in the scenic and prestigious South End of Ocean City, you can enjoy miles of Sandy Beach right outside your door. Just cross Central Avenue and your toes are on the most photographed beach in all of Ocean City.

No homes or obstructions are between you and the ocean dunes. The spacious open floor plan of this second-story unit is comfortable and tastefully decorated, and it provides a great ocean view. Wireless internet and premium cable are offered.
The South End of Ocean City offers some of the biggest and most beautiful beaches in New Jersey. Removed from the noise and congestion of the Board Walk you can enjoy the pristine beauty and wildlife of Corsen's Inlet State Park and walk to the southern most point in Ocean City and continue to the Bay without interruption. The home faces the most photographed beach in all of Ocean City with portraits taken daily there. The Board Walk is a short trolley ride away which is provided free of charge.

great beach house!

The property was clean, well maintained and very comfortable. Located at the quiet end of town, the beach is secluded and beautiful. We were very pleased with our choice and would love to stay there again.

Christmas family gathering

Excellent amount of space for family of 6 and 2 dogs. Walk on beach thru out day. Community has a Christmas tree lit up to enjoy and markers to make your own shells it was wonderful. Can’t wait to return.

Clean and Comfortable

We have stayed in this well-maintained unit in the South End several times during the off season. We enjoy the quiet, walks on the beach with our dog, and, of course, the ocean front view. The beds and furniture are comfortable and the appliances top notch. Mary, the owner, was attentive and responsive.

Mom’s Memorial

My mom was born and raised in the Ocean City area and most of her family lives in the area so it made sense to have her Celebration of life service here. We wanted a place where family could visit before and after the service—enjoy meals and conversation. This was perfect. The view…the short walk to the beach—AMAZING! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well stocked with pans, plates and glassware. Even the neighbors were great! We are already planning a trip back.

Great weekend getaway

My parents (85 & 90) love the beach but haven’t been since Covid. We spent three nights in this lovely home in sleepy February. It was a wonderful time and the views of the beach were fantastic for folks with limited mobility. We borrowed a beach wheelchair and just walked across the street which was so good for my dad. This space is great, clean and well appointed. It was also great to be so far south—I imagine it’s much quieter than the northern part in the summer. We’ll be coming back again when the weather is warmer. Oh, and we were able to bring our pup who loved the walks! Thank you for a great stay.

Fantastic stay

We had a great week here, just before the season really gets underway. Of particular note: great high-speed wi-fi and a Roku on every TV. It's as if all our streaming came along with us and we didn't even have to pack it.

Overall, a very good stay. Obviously, the location is perfect. We loved seeing the ocean every day without the hustle and bustle of the boardwalk. House was decent: some areas fully updated (ie bedrooms, master bath) while other areas needing some TLC, which is very typical for an NJ Shore rental that allows dogs. Overall, I would recommend for a stay and would go back!

Great Location and Views

Easy Check-in with clear instructions and a very clean home upon arrival which was much appreciated. The views from the main room are the Ocean. The sunrises are fantastic. The location is next to a protected seashore with trails and large dunes. You can walk down to the end where there is an inlet, about 1 mile walk each way. Very quiet this time of year with very few people on the beach. We took our dog who loved romping on the wide beaches. The property was clean, well-appointed and Mary was very responsive to a few questions we had. Excellent place and would rent again!

Lovely, relaxing, comfortable stay

We spent a very relaxing week here in early November 2020. The unit is very clean--we know because, as a COVID precaution, we wiped everything down when we arrived. There have been upgrades since these photos were taken. The kitchen cabinets, range, and dishwasher are all new, and the couch, loveseat, and easy chair have all been replaced. The kitchen is well stocked with plates, glassware, and silverware. If you are planning on doing some cooking, check with Mary to confirm that the kitchen is stocked with what you need. We loved the location. We wanted an oceanfront pet-friendly unit, and this was perfect. From the living room and dining area you can easily see the dunes and water, and you can hear the waves even in the bedrooms. Having a street and parking lot in front of us were no problem. On the weekend we arrived, the weather was unusually mild and the parking lot was pretty full, but even then things were pretty quiet. Mary, the owner, was a pleasure to deal with. She asked us to text her when we arrived. The keypad on the front door is a great convenience. One evening a problem developed with something in the unit, and she sent out someone the next morning to address it. Altogether we recommend this unit highly.

Great location. Nice bright, clean property.

Second year in a row for us at this Ocean City apartment. We love the quiet street and closeness to the beach and Corson Park. The owner has upgraded some of the appliances. It looks newly painted too. A nice comfortable place. We are thinking of doing it again if possible next year.

Great location - and dog friendly

I love the location - right across from the beach in an area that is not over crowded. It may not be upscale, but great to find a clean place that my daughter can bring her dogs and my grandsons can conveniently enjoy the beach - even in the evening. We enjoyed the great ocean view from the decks in the evening and I loved the convenience of the beach walk in the AM. This was our third year and plan to come again next year. We did not take advantage of the trolley to the boardwalk, but it stops right outside this unit.

Great location for a peaceful relaxing family vacation!

I will start off that my expectations of this property were pretty high. In most ways they were met, the view was amazing, location ideal and the fact that our dog was able to accompany us was perfect. The negatives were the deck and dining area furniture were very uncomfortable, the TV remotes were missing batteries, there wasn't cable in the kids rooms (although free wifi worked very well) and the kitchen was missing some basic accessories. Overall it just felt like it could've used a little updating. But it's a great bargain given the positives. The beds were very comfortable (huge!) and the outdoor shower was massive. Furthermore the owner made herself readily available as needed.

Beautiful

With my family up and my sister's family downstairs, we had an incredible week in this beautiful house. The view of the ocean from the front deck and the sunset off the back deck...it was lovely! This end of the island is quiet, yet all of the Shore favorites are within walking distance: Uncle Bill's Pancake House, Mallon's Bakery, ice cream.... Fabulous family vacation.
