Welcome to your charming retreat. This cozy single-family home features two bedrooms and two bathrooms, providing ample space for relaxation and comfort during your stay. The inviting living area is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the nearby attractions. Enjoy preparing delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances. The bedrooms offer cozy beds and plenty of natural light for a restful night`s sleep.
Two (2) pet maximum per stay.
Guest booking the reservation must be at least 25 years of age.

Quiet Time After 11:00 pm. This is in accordance with the local noise ordinance.

Do Not Use The Premises For Any illegal Activity

No Smoking in the home. No exceptions.

Damages exceeding the deposit amount will be billed to the guest.

Do not flush feminine items down to toilet.

Turn lights off and A.C/Heat to 67 degrees when away.

Please do not rearrange our furniture. If you do, please put them back in the original location prior to vacating.

PARKING: Free parking is available for up to 4 vehicles.

PETS: Please clean up after your pet(s) in accordance with the local guidelines and common expectations. Upon your departure, this property will be assessed. An additional cleaning fee will be charged if proper maintenance has not been adhered to.

We really enjoyed staying at this house. It was just as described. It had everything we needed. We loved sitting on the front porch and the bed was comfy. We brought our dog and the back yard was great for him. The neighborhood was also great for walking him. We would definitely stay in this house again!

Lovely Stay in Concord

We had a lovely stay in Concord. Our host was helpful and responsive before and during our stay. It was so nice for our dogs to enjoy the fenced yard. The house was clean, linens were top quality and bed was comfy. The den was a nice area to relax at the end of the day. The only thing that would have made it more enjoyable would have been outside seating to enjoy the back yard. Highly recommend.

Perfect home for our needs

Visiting Concord and this home is excellent . Clean comfortable beds has what you need . The fenced yard was great for our dogs. Easy entry . The host was communicating each day . Recommend to anyone visiting Concord . We would definitely stay again !

Comfortable Stay In An Area Close to Amenities

This property provided a comfortable, quiet stay just outside of Charlotte in an area that is very convenient to shopping, parks, and other amenities. The home was clean and had everything we needed to stay after a last-minute evacuation from Western NC for Hurricane Helene. It is pet-friendly, and has a beautiful fenced backyard which was a huge plus for us. Good internet, which was important for my work-from-home spouse. We had one issue with the washer, which was handled immediately by the host, and the home now has a brand new washer and dryer. I would not hesitate to stay at this property again.
