Damages exceeding the deposit amount will be billed to the guest.
Do not flush feminine items down to toilet.
Turn lights off and A.C to 70 degrees when away.
Please do not rearrange our furniture.
PARKING: Free parking is available for 2 vehicles in the driveway and 1 additional vehicle on the street.
