The space This peaceful cabin nestled in the mountains of North Georgia offers something for everyone. You don't have to venture far to find whitewater rafting, hiking, paddle boarding, tubing, horseback riding, fishing, kayaking, zip-lining, shopping, dining, breweries, distilleries, etc..
Enjoy mountain views and the sunset from the front patio, rejuvenate in the private hot tub, relax by the outdoor fire pit with ample seating, enjoy the bench swing and upper porch looking into the forest, join in a game of cornhole, pour a drink at the bar and then hangout on one of the three porches.
Rainy day--No problem! Enjoy the gaming system with 100K retro games, foosball table, board games, movies, and indoor wood burning fireplace.

MAIN FLOOR: This beautiful cabin features 1 bedroom with one Queen bed, a full bathroom, washer/dryer, and living space with a wood fireplace and TV, dining table seats 7, ceiling fan KITCHEN: Fully equipped with dishes, casserole dishes, mixing bowls, cutting boards, mixing utensils, knife set, measuring utensils, veggie peeler, can opener, grater, wine opener, Tupperware, strainer, pots and pans, baking sheets, muffin pan, griddle pan, silverware, crockpot, pitcher, microwave, ice trays (no ice maker), oven and convection oven, coffee brew pot, Keurig maker, French press, and grill tools. There is a gas grill that uses propane tanks. This will be provided. UPSTAIRS: Open loft sleeps three with one King size bed, one toddler bed, and a TV, ceiling fan DOWNSTAIRS: Work space desk and chair, One Full bed, TV w/gaming system, foosball table, bar, 1 futon, ceiling fan, and couch with 2 reclining seats for your relaxation. WHAT WE SUPPLY: Linens, towels, hair dryers. Starter set of trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent/dish soap, cooking spray, coffee filters, shampoo/conditioner/body wash. Not provided: K-cups, ground coffee, creamer/sugar, firewood. PARKING: 3 vehicle Maximum FAQ: External security camera (facing parking area)
You will have access to the entire Cabin, the outdoor fire pit in a secure, gated neighborhood.
AWD or 4WD will be REQUIRED to access our cabin during winter months with the potential for snow and ice. We have a gravel road to the cabin that has a steep hill you will ascend. As long as you maintain a steady speed going up the hill it is totally manageable and you will make it just fine (don't slow down and don't gun it). Rear-wheel drive is not recommended unless the driver has experience driving on steep gravel roads.
- 7 guests max - No house parties or events allowed - No pets allowed - No smoking allowed. You will be charged a fee, charged an additional cleaning fee, and charged for damages - Outside cooking devices are prohibited, ex portable griddle. - Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am - No early check-in or late check-out - Do not approach wildlife - Guests are responsible for monitoring the weather and being aware of potential freeze advisories.
- Road conditions/storm policy/weather - this home is in a mountain location with a steep gravel driveway. Please plan your vehicle/transportation accordingly. No refunds will be given for inability to access the cabin due to road conditions. If your vacation is during the winter months, please come prepared to drive in the snow and/or ice to reach the cabin. While the driveway is typically manageable, inclement weather may arise so please reach out to us with any questions and be prepared to access the cabin in these scenarios.
-During storms, the hot tub may loose power. We will do everything that we can to help guests regain use. There are times that service workers are not available during a guest reservation.
-We do not provide Firewood for use, you will have to purchase this. -Fannin county is a dry county. There are no liquor stores. You can buy wine and beer at the Ingles or Walmart in Blue Ridge, GA. They do not sell alcohol until 12:30 p.m. on Sundays. There are bars/breweries and a drive through beer store in Mccaysville. You can also buy beer at “The Copper Curve” which is nearby. Blue Ridge also has several restaurants/bars. Hours vary. -We are on a shared well system with some of our neighboring cabins. Rarely we may have times where water consumption may be high which can cause limited water availability. This is very rare. Typically water is back very shortly. Making sure not to leave the faucets running when not in use will help.

-Mccaysville is home to the Riverwalk Shops with boutique shops, restaurants and a live music venue -Ocoee White Water Center held some of 1996 water Olympic events. Fun swimming, walking, hiking, informative center -Lots of mountain biking in the area -Appalachian trail starts nearby
