- We require a refundable deposit of $1000 outside of -------- for less than 28 days and $1000 refundable deposit for 28 or more days.
-There are no dirty dishes left in the sink. The dishes can be left in the dishwasher clean . -Start a load of towels, leave drying in the dryer.

Great Vacation

The house was even better than listed. The back yard is awesome, pool great, sauna great, and sunset view to die for I must complement the property manager, Michelle,she was fantastic. She was an immediate help whenever we needed assistance . We will be back again.

I am originally from San Clemente Ca and moved to Lake Havasu in 2005. I love living here because of the vast amounts of activities you can enjoy. Boating , paddle boarding, and jet skiing in the summer. Razor riding and hiking in the winter makes this a place for people that love outdoor activities. We also have a plethora of events year round . You will love Lake Havasu for your weekend or vacation.

This is a great neighborhood. It is close to the center of town where there are places to eat, drink, dance or shop.

What makes this property unique

This has a beautiful backyard and plenty of parking for a boat or RV on the side. It has a deep garage and it also has a sauna in the backyard. We only accept full month rentals in the winter. So all of January all of February etc..no midmonth rentals January -March
