Great place, very close to the marina. The host was amazingly quick to communicate from booking to stay. The house was very clean and airy, with high ceilings. It was awesome to have three full baths, and there was tons of games (and an Xbox!) we all loved playing. The house had everything you need. The pool was great, with an amazing view. Wonderful property and a very good price. I would stay again!!

Could use a little more water pressure in all the showers. We were all very comfortable and had a very good stay. Overall we would stay at this property again.

I find it weird it was over 4 months ago that you stayed at my house yet found the time at 433 am in the morning to write this ok review? And you had a very good stay, and you would stay at my house again but rated my house as, ok because of water pressure? (which by the way no other guest has mentioned). Well, at least you’ll come back to this “ok home” as your review only lowered my overall rating, so I’ll get less bookings. Sounds like you are holding a grudge as I wouldn’t allow you to cancel the day before your booking started as outside the cancellation period. Hopefully, you are mindful of your “ok” reviews going forward and that they hurt people’s livelihoods.

4th of July

We had a great stay here during the 4th of July. The location was perfect and we could watch the fireworks from the rooftop balcony and was a great view for all the fireworks in the neighborhood. We loved swimming in the pool and just relaxing at the house. We will stay here again next time we drive up north.

Great Stay

Mike and Angie went above and beyond making our extended stay comfortable and feel like home. Response time was exceptional and any needs were immediately taken care of. House was spacious and very well supplied for all our needs. Pool and spa were serviced weekly. Comfortable outdoor pool and patio. We would rate our stay 5

Family friendly

This home has everything needed for a great getaway with an awesome pool and alot of room. Very quiet neighborhood, close to lake , groc.store and restaurants. The host Angie is quick to respond to any needs you might have. We came with another couple , all of us 70 plus and felt right at home in this rental.

Great property with pool

We had a great time at our stay. We appreciated the communication as I am not very familiar with operating spa equipment the owner was helpful. Easy entry with key pad. Lots of board games were supplied so we definitely took advantage. View from the lake and the Little Dipper above while sitting in theSpa was perfect. Thank you again!

Loved the house. Did require significant cleaning on arrival of kitchen towels and equipment. Host was exceptionally responsive. Difficult for a reunion since you were limited in amount of people visiting the house to celebrate

I know this rating is not fair as I’m sure it applies to your not following my house rule for occupancy limit which is explained very clearly in my listing. We don’t allow more than 6 people and you brought almost 20 people who came and went the whole week. Instead of charging you the extra fees or canceling your reservation on day 2, I graciously allowed it. You never mentioned equipment or towels needing cleaning. This is the first time anyone has complained about cleanliness. Your review is based on you wanting all those people in my house and me questioning it. I was extremely accommodating to you. It is not my fault you did not read my listing rules.
