Relax with the whole family at this peaceful home. Features 3 bdrms & 3 full baths, one w/ direct access to the pool. This home has recently been refreshed from top to bottom & is ready for your next family vacation. Enjoy sunsets from the covered patio overlooking a sparkling sports pool (two shallow ends) and a seasonal hot tub (closed May-September). Pool can be chilled in the summer and heated in the winter. Well appointed kitchen. Separate freestanding ice maker. Lg "bunk room" for the kids. Double garage. Close to new Riviera Havasu launch ramp and just minutes from London Bridge, dining, marina & add'l launch ramps.

Please note: Ring security cameras and doorbell in use. Security cameras located only on the outside of the home, clearly visible and monitor the perimeter of the
Property. No private areas/patios are visible to the cameras. The rear cameras can visualize parts of the pool area. We silence the Ring motion sensors and cameras once our guests are safely checked in to ensure privacy. A “Party Squasher” device is also in use as large parties are not allowed.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Ensure hot tub temperature turned down to 97 and put in “sleep” mode. Secure the top. If pool heater/chiller is used, be sure it is turned off and the control panel locked.
Backyard: Put away any pool toys used. Basketball hoop & volleyball back under patio cover. Ensure BBQ clean, gas off, covered & returned to spot under patio. Take down umbrellas & stow as found.
Please DO NOT: Turn off front porch light. Lock front security door. Lock door going into garage.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Do not leave children unattended in the backyard and pool area.
Utilities included in short term rental rates. Stays over 28 days will pay actual utility fees for electricity only

Fantastic!

Apache Magic was a perfect place for us to stay for 4 weeks. A great place to cook, eat, relax and sleep. A very well stocked kitchen for cooking & baking. Spacious living area, as well as, large bedrooms. Beautifully furnished. Although, it was too cold to swim in the pool, we loved the beautiful backyard to have our evening cocktails, enjoying the sunsets and mountains. Photos and descriptions are right on. Cheryl is very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend. We felt at home and were sad to leave! P.S. Be sure to check out SARA park and the 'crack' - great hiking and only 5 minutes away.

Why they chose this property

Apache Magic is the perfect home for both a summer vacation or a winter getaway. The floor plan is perfect for a two family vacation with a large bunk room for all the kids. “Snowbirds” will love the quiet Southside location and plenty of room for family visitors if desired. Backs to wash for more privacy and a more open feeling in the backyard, which is West facing to enjoy beautiful Havasu sunsets.
This home has been recently refreshed from top to bottom and freshly prepared to feel like your home away from home. Well appointed kitchen with all new appliances.
We think you will find our home very comfortable and meet all your Lake Havasu vacation needs.
