This property was very clean. The beds were comfortable. When we walked in we couldn't believe the view! Amazing! Check in was easy because every detail had been communicated well. There a Dunkin donuts right down the street for easy breakfast grab.

Great location. Large space. Nice view out the front windows. Cheaper than the hotel next door and a lot more space. Very walkable downtown. If we ever come back to Cleveland we will look here first.Place could use a deep cleaning. The louvers on the closet doors have dark dust all over them and the carpet in the bedrooms were a little stained. We were exploring the city all day so it didnt bother us too much but it would be worth a little effort to tidy up.

Great location and views but cleanliness was lacking. Broken furniture, moldy or missing plastic shower curtains, missing or burnt out bulbs, and thick dust in the louvers of the furnace closet. Host replied quickly and politely each time but the only things corrected while we were there were a broken toilet seat (replaced with a used one) and fixing the bottom panel of the stove sk it didn't stick out.

It was ok. The windows had dead bugs in them, the space looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. There was a door that I couldn’t tell if it was just paint that was chipped off or dirty, either way, I didn’t want to look too closely. The space definitely needs a refresh and a little TLC. However, it did the job we needed it to do. The management was quick to respond and easy to communicate with.

The location was a B-. The pictures don’t really showcase this location. The history of the building was a very interesting history lesson. I would bring this rating up to a A- if there were fans and more accommodations available. The couch was falling apart anytime we sat down to relax after walking downtown which was very unsatisfying. All in all this wasn’t a bad place for the price.
