Amazing place with incredible views. Easy access to the beach, the sound, the pier, and away from the hustle and bustle. If you’re looking for a peaceful place right on the beach with great shelling… consider this place!

My husband, our two grown sons and I loved our recent stay here. We’ve been to Navarre Beach many times. .We’ve stayed in newer units on the beach there, but have never had a more beautiful beachfront location. Easy short walk to the beach on a sand path. Unit was fine for our needs, had great views from both balconies, and plenty of covered outdoor storage for our beach and fishing gear. We didn’t have any problems, but stairs from ground floor/parking, to main floor, and stairs from main floor to upper floor, may not be suitable for those with disability/accessibility issues.We appreciated communications from the host company as Tropical Storm Bertha arrived then passed through the area during our stay. Texts were useful as our cell service went out during the storm.

Last minute spring break

House was great. Loved being right on the beach for the views and easy walk to and from the beach. House was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking. Would book again

Perfect location on a quiet section of beach!! Beautiful beach, water, and home. Loved the big shower. Only complaint is the bed wasn’t my comfort but everyone’s taste is different! Very clean which is major importance to me.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Me and my husband came here for 26 wedding anniversary. We loved the location so much. Very peaceful and quiet. We had the beach to ourselves the entire week. The place was very clean. The management company was great to work with. The only thing we wished is that there would have been a wooden walkway out to the beach like the other condos around have. It’s not a make or break though because we are coming back to bring our grandkids in October!

A wonderfully quiet spot on the beach. Only complaint, per se, is that the hose didn't work to rinse off our feet and gear so just constantly refilling a pitcher of water. Pics showed an ice maker - so was anticipating that but it wasn't there- but wasn't a big deal. Would definitely stay again!

The interior of property is very nice. The exterior is older. The property is right on beach. The property is very very very minimally stocked. Like no salt/pepper…..no coffee filters. You literally need everything you need. Filters, spices, small garbage bags, large garbage bags. All soaps. CHECKOUT IS 9am!!! No property I have ever been in requires 9am. To wait until 10 am is 50. Won’t visit again.

I’m glad the interior and beachfront location worked well for you, and I’m sorry the exterior condition and lack of basic supplies were disappointing. Regarding the spices, please note that we do not keep these items in our units due to health and safety concerns, in order to prevent cross-contamination. There should have been two garbage bags and a starter pack of soaps. If we had been aware that these were missing, we would have gladly provided them for you. Regarding the 9:00 AM checkout, that window is set to allow thorough cleaning and inspection between stays. I apologize it felt earlier than expected; we’ll review how clearly the policy is presented and whether later checkouts can be offered more often. Thanks again — your comments help us improve.

Family Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at Happy Place. It had everything we needed for our family of 4. Beautiful view of the beach as well. The beach was not crowded at all! It felt like our own private beach. Great communication with Blue Moon vacation rentals. You can watch the July 4th fireworks from the porch at the townhome. A few negatives: The foyer area is unfinished and has a funny smell but once you are upstairs, you don’t smell it. The master bedroom door doesn’t stay open so you have to prop it with something if you want it open. The bunkbed in one bedroom blocks the light switch. We ate at Andy D’s, Juana’s Pagodas, and Windjammers. We went to Bands on the Beach in Pensacola (20 min drive) and Crab Island in Destin (~45 min drive). Overall, we would definitely stay at this location again. Wonderful family vacation!

The ground floor entry vestibule sometimes gets musty after a rain, but is contained to that area so as not to affect the house at all.
