What I enjoy most about North Topsail Beach is that it is quiet and family oriented. St. Regis Resort, where our condo is located, has several wonderful amenities including onsite eating options, an ice-cream shop, a coffee shop, resort style pool and a covered pool. Our neighbors are friendly, and because of the quiet nature of North Topsail and my condo, my family, friends, and are able to relax, sleep well, and enjoy nature while we're there.

What makes this property unique

The view of the ocean and Intracoastal waterway our condo offers is hard to beat. The condo is located on the top floor of the building, and the unobstructed views are breath taking.
