We had an excellent stay at the property. The property has plenty of space (far more than required for our group of six couples), was clean and very well maintained. The kitchen was so well stocked one could probably easily feed 25 to 30 people. Kaitlyn was virtually instantaneous in responding to any questions or needs. Overall we had a most satisfying and happy experience.

The property is very nice and spacious, there were 18 people in our group and it was perfect. This is not a good choice for guest with a walking disability. The property has a many levels and you will hace to climb a lot of steps into the bedrooms or down to the kitchen, of the bedrooms are in the third floor.

it was within walking distance of town and ideally located for getting into Colorado Springs. The house afforded privacy and good communal spaces. The beds were comfortable and each room had its own bathroom which was a big hit with our team.

The property was perfect for our entire family of four generations to reconnect after several years. We had plenty of bedrooms and several common areas to spread out. Much time was spent on the front porch, and we enjoyed evenings out by the fire pit. Having it within walking distance of the shops, brewery and ice cream was the icing on the cake.The communication before and during our stay was excellent and the check-in was effortless. Some mentioned that the wifi was slow, but I stayed on data and had no problems. Parking passes were provided for parking out back on the street, but the predatory towing guy got a little too excited. He tried to tow us as we were unpacking the bags. My one recommendation would be to number the bedrooms to align with the floorplan provided and list the bed size in the room. Pictures should note what bedroom number it is. We tried our best to look at pictures and the floorplan to figure out where each bedroom was located and the bedding. Thank you for a great time that we'll all remember!

Great family spot

This was great place for our family vacation. The house is very big with plenty of spots for eating, games & conversation. The kitchen is good sized and well appointed with everything we needed.

This house was perfect for a large friend gathering. The different levels of the house made noise management easy for children. The hot tub was really nice and clean. All appliances worked, really well taken care of space.

Fantastic location and unique and charming home with plenty of rooms, comfy beds and attentive hosts. The location alone is worth the money but the home is lovely and spacious. Especially loved that it was decorated for our family Christmas!

Fun family trip!

Beautiful home and such a great location. My family enjoyed being steps away from all the shops in Manitou Springs and enjoyed gathering on the porch and in the hot tub to catch up with each other. Wonderful hosts and fantastic vacation.

Amazing house!

Beautiful accommodations & excellent location

We loved our stay at the Avenue in Manitou Springs. The location could not have been more central. The home is beautifully furnished and there was every supply, appliance and utensil we could possibly need. Thanks for such a great stay.

Manitou Springs The Avenue

A very impressive property ... historic charm and up-to-date amenities. Fantastic covered front porch, backyard patio, and location to historic town. 21 of us stayed at the house and we hosted dinners for 35 people.

Great venue for family events!

We stayed at the Mansion & Carriage House in Manitou Springs to celebrate a graduation with friends and family. The venue and location were great! Manitou Springs is such a quaint mountain town that provided our guests some fun activities to do when we had down time. We highly recommend for any family-oriented event where you can have family meals and celebrations together under one roof.

The Avenue

We had a wonderful time staying at The Avenue. Situated on the main road in downtown Manitou Springs, the location and historic home was perfect for the 14 of us to celebrate Thanksgiving. The property managers were easy to work with and went out of their way to ensure everything was perfect.

Wonderful house

Close to town but you couldn't hear the traffic or people. Lovely victorian that has 8 bedrooms most with a private bath, plus a large TV room that could be used for another bedroom and a carriage house that has a bedroom and pull out couch. Plenty of room for everyone and a nice hot tub in the back of the property. Could use a few more kitchen items but was able to cook meals.

Family Reunion and Wedding

Great house, with lots of interesting rooms, bathrooms, hidden doors, and slippery floors. Excellent kitchen, hot tub, laundry. Great location, with lots to do just down the street -- and hot beignets literally across the street! Ample parking.
