Perfect place for our big family to stay for a week. Great views & lovely landscaping. The only issue was the listing said 5 1/2 bath which it only had 4 1/2 bath.

The photos on the listing are beautiful, but it doesn’t even capture just how gorgeous this home is. My group and I were blown away. The house is extremely spacious. Everyone felt they had the ability to find a spot of solitude for some alone time, and it had huge backyard so we could comfortably do our group activities and games. We spent a majority of our weekend at the house because there was just so much to do.

Our recent stay was magical! It was the perfect place to gather as a family and celebrate a special occasion. There is plenty of space, it's a gorgeous setting, beautiful rooms, and it's a stunning property. It has everything you could need or want, and we couldn't have had a better weekend. Thank you so much for hosting us! The fun outdoor spaces to explore and places for kids to play were an added treat!

We do a family Christmas every year and based on our growing family, we need a large short term rental. This year was our BEST yet based of the incredible home, living spaces (indoor and out) and incredibly responsible host. The layout of this home accommodated kid activities, football craziness, and lots of entertainment and meals. We walked away with incredible memories and we will be back!!

Beautiful home with stunning views

This beautiful home was more than we could have hoped for. Stunning property with play areas for kids, park closeby, very quiet and serene. Property managers were very prompt and attentive, and we'll be back for sure. We celebrated a milestone birthday with all our family and it was exactly what he wished for.

This property was everything I could’ve asked for. I took a group of youth students out here for a retreat and I wasn’t disappointed. The property was close to town, but it had its own privacy. Big spacious area, tons of fun things to do around the house, and comfortable and clean beds. Host helped with everything I needed and answered all the questions I had. 10/10 experience!

Kathryn was so nice throughout this whole time and we really enjoyed the property. There were tons of activities that you could do within the property that you wouldn’t know what you would want to explore first. Every room is beautiful and comes with so much space. This property will definitely meet everyone’s needs and I highly recommend this for anyone with a large family/group of friends. Will 100% book again for the next time I will need all my friends and family with me.

I had a hard time rating this rental. Our check in didn't go well. I contacted the manager (Kimberly) as instructed to check in at 3pm rather than 4pm but she didn't respond to message or phone call. We waited until 4:00 only to find out the unit hadn't been cleaned. Kimberly finally responded, got cleaning crew right out and told us to have dinner on them. It was a very nice gesture but almost 3 weeks have passed and we still haven't been reimbursed. We also had to unload dishwasher, and fold up 15 sets of bath, hand and face towels left in dryer by cleaning crew. Not what we wanted to do first night of vacation.There were several other items that we noticed while at the unit that effected our overall impression of the unit but didn't impact our stay.-While unit can sleep up to 27, kitchen is not equipped to cook for even our 6 adults and 3 kids. Small skillets and no griddle to cook pancakes, french toast , etc on. Could only do 2 pancakes at a time.-A/C never seemed to cool the house.-Blinds in master bedroom are so thin, light from outside would wake us up at 5:30am every morning -Freezer in main refrigerator in kitchen did not work.-Big stains on the carpet in lower level.-The entire unit needed a deep clean. Lots of dust/dirt on shelves, in drawers, under furniture, etc.

The property was lovely. The only downside was the heatwave affecting Colorado and the air conditioning struggling to keep the house cool. Kathryn did what she could to notify a technician and he came as quick as possible—he just had LOTS of people dealing with the same issue.

This property was the perfect spot for our family vacation. So much to do for the kids on the property we didn't have to go anywhere! They explored through the forest, played on jungle gym and zip line. There is also a game room. This home was perfect for everyone. We had 22 people and never felt crowded. It was clean and bedrooms were comfortable for everone. Played yard games and spent 4 amazing days there making precious memories. The host was very attentive and made our stay even better. Thank you for the wonderful family memories. Everyone wants to go back next year!
