Located in the heart of downtown, this converted law office is now Nashville's premier Music City destination. Accessing the Library Penthouse is a breeze with Private elevator access to the 3rd level. The Lounge area of the penthouse is well appointed with all the luxuries for your Best Nashville Experience. "The Cloud" oversized down stuffed sectional sofa from RH and 75" HDTV with full 5.1 Sonos Surround Sound will make a perfect relaxation area after a full day on Broadway. Over-sized pool table, well appointed gourmet kitchen, and dining table with seating for 12 round out the living space of this amazing retreat. 3 King Master Suites, 1 Queen Suite and 6 twin built-in-bunks & 2 Twin Rollaways (with memory foam mattress) provide 12 separate bedding options, all appointed with luxe bedding including down and down alternative pillow options. Our Beauty Bar and 3 full bathrooms with Spa Quality bath amenities will certainly prepare your group for a night on the town.

Guests will enter through a common entry door at street level, then proceed to Elevator and use unique access code to gain private access to level 3.

Ted was a great host, super responsive! House was magnificent, great living space, comfortable bedrooms and layout. Downstairs game room to keep everyone entertained along with the fire pit outback. Will definitely stay here again when in the area next time.

Thanks for the great review but I think it was meant for a different stay. Our Library Penthouse doesn't have a downstairs game room or an outdoor space with firepit. That said, thanks for staying with us and we'd be happy to host you again any time!

Loft is cool set up. Couch smelled bad and was very uncomfortable. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had only 2 small pans. Checkout is very early, 10am, which seems too early for amount paid. No luggage storage either. Overall good experience but small adjustments could have made it a super place.

The access and communication with the management company was easy. The living area was a good size. The couch could use a good cleaning. If we were 25 years old, we'd probably think it was great - however, we are older and were a little disappointed by the lack of dressers, places to hold our suitcases, quality of the towels and bedding, as well as quality of the furniture. The bathrooms are small, and there is nowhere to place your toiletries - the makeup "bar" was cramped with 8 of us. The location is great - especially if you wish to go to Printers Alley. For a space that holds 12 people - there needs to be more lotion, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and dishwasher pods......1 dishwasher pod was not enough to wash our coffee cups.

We love this place!

This is our second year staying here. We will definitely book again. We love The Library! It’s so nice and clean. It’s so spacious, plenty of room for our group and you don’t feel like you’re on top of each other. It’s right next to Printer’s Alley and a short walk to Broadway. Perfect location! Can’t say enough for this place. Already counting down to next year!

Everything described was accurate. Was a great location for Broadway. Plac was clean. The minor problem connecting to Sonos was fixed right away. Would definitely recommend. Having 3 bathrooms for 7 guys helps.

We had a wonderful time staying in Nashville at The Library! Check in was so easy and staff was very nice! Convenient to everything and getting around was super easy. Fantastic property

Amazing location and fantastic view of the stadium! Love the vibe of a city loft… all around great property. The only part that is a little different is that bathrooms are not connected to any rooms, so with a group just need to be mindful and for those in bunks it could be challenging as not much room for storage and zero privacy, but we didnt use the bunks so it was perfect for us. We would stay again!

The spot to be

If you are looking for a place near Broadway, this is where you want to be. Just far enough away for the live music to not keep you up all night yet still only a short walk to all the rooftop bars. Wonderfully set up condo with all the amenities you could want.
