It was a perfect location , clean and nice little kitchen . Unfortunately the bathroom smelled like smelly armpits, the closet had only one hanger , there wasn’t a can opener or dish rack and there was only one dish towel .

Just book this place

This modern and fun space sits within the town of Newburyport itself. Everything is within a very short walking distance. The unit we rented was exactly as described and super clean too. We were able to get fresh towels etc by communicating thru text. This will be our rebook go to when traveling to the area.Just book this place already

We found this property to be neat, and clean. Centrally located. Easy check-in & check-out. The downside is the parking, not enough spots for each guest. The first night we got a ticket for parking across the street.

Cute little room. Bed was pushed to the wall making it hard for two people to get out of bed. Floors creaky. Can hear upstairs walk around. Perfect neighborhood. Owners were very nice and accommodating. Would stay again.

Studio Apartment in a Great Location

Parking stinks in Newburyport but you can’t beat the location of this studio apartment. A yapping dog in a neighboring room seemed to be quickly handled by the property owner which we appreciated. Make sure you understand parking restrictions/time limits of the parking beforehand. A great place to explore from and go back to at the end of the night but not necessarily a comfortable room to retreat to on a getaway.
