Welcome to the Boathouse. Super low-fi spot on the historic Old North Wharf. 2 Bedrooms (one smaller than the other) that share a full bath with W&D, parking spot (big deal on the wharf) a living room with harbor views and a kitchen with appliances from the 70's, 80's and 90's... this boathouse is not fussy, doesn't have fancy frills, AC units are in the windows, limited kitchenware and probably some utensils from Eastern airlines. The island can be humid, especially near the water and there are dehumidifiers YOU NEED/WANT TO EMPTY FREQUENTLY. Martha Stewart doesn’t stay here…getting the picture?

Hi, we’ve had GRENNAN BEARIT for More than 50 years and it’s still as simple as it was when we lived there. Some people swoon over it and others don’t get the dehumidifiers, the zero fancy of it, etc. but it’s clean as a whistle, the WiFi’s fast and the ferry’s horn is really loud on its way out at 630 AM.
