AVAILABILITY IS A MOVING TARGET! SEND A MESSAGE WITH YOUR DATES AND GROUP DETAILS BEFORE SUBMITTING A BOOKING REQUEST. 7 NIGHT MINIMUM, SATURDAY TO SATURDAY ONLY FROM JUNE 6 to SEPTEMBER 19. 5 NIGHT MINIMUM FROM SEPTEMBER 19 to SEPTEMBER 30. SHORTER STAYS CONSIDERED AFTER SEPTEMBER 30. This unique cottage is immaculate and comfortable with a new gourmet kitchen, extra large living area/sun porch with two sofas and four comfortable chairs. When you’re not at the beach (which is steps from your door) enjoy reading while other family members watch a movie or play board games.
After enjoying dinner on the patio, stroll up to the Siasconset Market for hand scooped ice cream. There’s no need for a car since the "Wave" (island shuttle service) is a three minute walk from your door and goes into town every thirty minutes and is FREE! *Seasonal rates are based on occupancy of 1-8 guests and no pets. If a pet is accepted, an additional pet fee will be determined on a case by case basis. **Off-season nightly rates are based on occupancy of 2 guests per night and are adjusted for additional guests and/or pets. ***If a stay of less than 7 nights (off season only) is accepted, a cleaning fee may apply.
