SEND A MESSAGE WITH YOUR DATES AND GROUP DETAILS BEFORE SUBMITTING A BOOKING REQUEST. 7 NIGHT MINIMUM, SATURDAY TO SATURDAY ONLY FROM JUNE 6 to SEPTEMBER 19. 5 NIGHT MINIMUM FROM SEPTEMBER 19 to SEPTEMBER 30. SHORTER STAYS CONSIDERED AFTER SEPTEMBER 30. This unique cottage is immaculate and comfortable with a new gourmet kitchen, extra large living area/sun porch with two sofas and four comfortable chairs. When you’re not at the beach (which is steps from your door) enjoy reading while other family members watch a movie or play board games.
After enjoying dinner on the patio, stroll up to the Siasconset Market for hand scooped ice cream. There’s no need for a car since the "Wave" (island shuttle service) is a three minute walk from your door and goes into town every thirty minutes and is FREE! *Seasonal rates are based on occupancy of 1-8 guests and no pets. If a pet is accepted, an additional pet fee will be determined on a case by case basis. **Off-season nightly rates are based on occupancy of 2 guests per night and are adjusted for additional guests and/or pets. ***If a stay of less than 7 nights (off season only) is accepted, a cleaning fee may apply. Please reach out with questions before submitting a booking request that is an exception. The property owner is a Massachusetts Real Estate Broker and resides in the property next door.

Wonderful stay in Sconset

Our family stayed at this lovely home for one week. Sconset is charming and feels worlds away from busy downtown. We had everything we could need at the house.

Perfect location and set up. We were there to attend a wedding. We rented this lovely property with another family. There was enough space for all and we could walk to all the activities planned for the wedding.

Charming Beach Cottage in Perfect Location

My husband and I stayed at this lovely home for a week this August. We were joined by a second couple and their one year old daughter. It was our first visit to the island and we thought the house was just about perfect! It was immaculately clean, spacious, and located about 10 yards from the beach, and 20 yards from the market/Sconset town center. The living room and kitchen area were larger than we expected and we had plenty of room. The outdoor area was also lovely -- I think we grilled and ate outside 5 of our 7 nights in town. Internet also worked fine and parking was available. The owners of the property live close by and, in addition to being very nice about answering questions and prompt with respect to reservations, seemed to be available to us during our stay (though we never needed them!). The only slight downside to the home is that there is no central AC (there is AC in the bedrooms) and during the height of August it was a bit warm in the home mid-day. That said, it was never a problem for us as we were active during the day and not sitting about. Mornings and evenings were beautiful, and we wouldnt have used AC even if available. We would definitely book here again and hope to return in 2017!

Great House and Location

My family had an excellent week in Sconset. The house is very nice and has everything we needed for the week. The proximity to the beach and town could not be better. And Terri was easy to work with and helpful when we were on the island. Looking forward to returning!
