Girls Weekend in ACK

We had a great stay at this property - 6 college roommates reuniting for a weekend away from husbands, kids and pets. Everything you could need is in the house and in excellent condition - kitchen tools & appliances, beach chairs, coolers, linens and even board games/puzzles. Great location for a quick walk into town or go grab the Wave bus for a ride to the beach. We only wish we could have stayed longer!

Outstanding stay

Julie greeted us and showed us around, as well as giving us local tips. She even left us 2 bottles of wine. She was very responsive to questions. The house was very well stocked, with beach chairs and everything we needed in the house. The house is very comfortable and bright. highly recommend

An easy get away

Our host was so nice. She set us up well-with very nice quality elements like- nice beach towels, beach chairs, kitchen appointments. All done very tastefully- new etc. details like phone chargers at each bed were amazing. The Murphy bed we just use one night but was very comfortable and solid. And easy walk to town. A beautiful walk actually. And supermarket so close. Everything was very nice. The out door shower! Because it was so nice, the shower/tub stood out as kind of hard to use. But a very minor “complaint” in a really really lovely stay!! Well renovated and appointed.

Very nice clean and modern property well maintained property with all you need for vacation stay. Great outdoor courtyard for relaxing with nice outdoor shower and BBQ grillKitchen had all you needed and care was taken for little things like nice coffee maker and nice stove etcTakes a bit to walk to town but makes area quieter than right in town which is very busy in summer and easy to get Uber and Town Bus but takes about 15 to walk to center of TownIn summary was great place to stay and you dont need a car. A few bumps on check in as we asked to leave things at house prior to check in as we arrived on AM ferry and host seemed a bit upset about that when we thought it was a fair request. After that all was smooth and we highly recommend this to anyone. We were family of 4 with two adult children and felt the house was really town style house with nice outdoor space and everything in perfect shape

Everything was better than expected in the way of kitchen items. The bedroom with two queens was terrific. The trash organization is PERFECT! We have rented many many times and the recycling is always an issue. At this place, it’s easy and well situated. One outdoor shower- one full bath and one half bath. Worked out great. Chef Todd English came to cook on island and was impressed with the kitchen supplies as were we!!

Well furnished, well stocked, great location, nice outside shower, comfortable beds, Murphy bed great, HVAC good, thoroughly enjoyed our stay, complimentary bottles of wine nice touch, can walk to town but need a car for beaches, Pricey for sure but Highly recommend

The best spot in Nantucket!

Julie was an amazing host! We were lucky enough to snag an early check-in and Julie was there to greet us and give a thorough overview of the house. It was clean, cozy and beyond accommodating. There was everything we could need for our beach stay from chairs, umbrellas and towels to linens and pillows for the beds. The location couldn't be better - a quick walk or bike ride to downtown and close to Stop and Shop. I cannot wait to book with Julie again!

Perfect Stay in Nantucket...

My daughter, friends, and I enjoyed a lovely stay at this very clean, well organized, perfect-for-our-stay visit to Nantucket. The host, Julie, was kind and helpful. Everything in the house worked well and our stay was entirely comfortable. The patio area is delightful, and the beds comfortable. Having the AC on hot days was much appreciated! The house was quiet and peaceful, with great spaces for sitting and talking. We would definitely stay again. Thank you, Julie and Family...!

Can’t wait to go bACK!!

Our family had a great stay - we would highly recommend this property. It is practically new and is very well appointed; everything you need is on site. Julie was absolutely wonderful, helpful, and accommodating. Close to town, supermarket, and easy to get to beaches and everything on the island. Hope to book again in the future!!

Excellent Location

This rental was perfect for our holiday weekend. The location was perfect, walking distance to town and lots of shops and restaurants. The house itself was new and very clean. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could need. The outdoor shower was so great to have! They thought of so many touches like the beach chairs, towels and cooler and grocery bags to borrow. We especially loved the ice maker. The check in process was so easy and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we would definitely return!

Excellent home away from home

This house lived up to all the potential you see in the pictures! The house feels like a home and has every amenity imaginable! The entire house has been remodeled and updated with all the modern conveniences. Great home for a family vacation! Owner was great, always available and very responsive. Location isn’t too far from town, walking distance isn’t terrible but is most ideal with a bike, moped or a vehicle. House has a private driveway big enough for a large vehicle, or several mopeds. Also has bike locking stations right in the yard! Great house, great spaces great owner! Definatley recommend a stay here!
