We’re going out of town and want you to bring your family to our 2BR, 1.5BA Condo at the beach.

Literally steps to the sand, and walking distance to Belmont Park, restaurants, and shops.

We’ve dropped prices lower than other 2BRs in the neighborhood, and we’ve locked our personal possessions in the closets. Cleaners have scoured the unit to ensure the rental is clean, uncluttered, sanitized, and fresh for your arrival. (Brand new linens and duvet covers will be placed on the beds).
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Great location and well-priced. We stayed with a family of 5 and it was a comfortable stay. We only stayed 2 nights, so limited use of the kitchen (only fridge). Having 1.5 baths was a plus. The beach is a very short walk away and was fantastic. Excellent food nearby, some in walking distance or within 2-3 mile drive. Check-in and checkout were easy. Thanks for hosting!

This is our second summer doing a beach staycation. We enjoyed this property very much. It’s is very spacious and the kitchen is stocked with more kitchen gadgets than most rentals we have stayed in. Jon was very helpful and easygoing. We especially appreciated the beach chairs, boogie boards, games, and toys for the kids. The condo is located near the widest part of the sand so I think it’s worth being mentally prepared for that trek across the sand. The neighborhood was quiet, clean, and safe.

This property is more family friendly. We only slept there and showered. There is not a coffee grinder that was listed so take ground coffee. The air conditioning could be better, the bedrooms are upstairs and they were somewhat warm. It was very clean, it is just older and well used.

Agree with another review, property needs maintenance. Just about everywhere you turn something was either broken or loose beyond usability. The location is great, right next to the beach.

Hi thank you. I wish you would have told me about any issues while you were there—I can only address what I’m notified about, but thank you for staying. It’s not normally offered as a short term rental except for a few weeks per summer and rates are significantly lower than other rentals.

My wife and I are from San Diego and we have a 4 year old son. We love spending time on the bayside with him where he loves to play in the calm waters, and we also like to explore the beachside where we always find something new for him to discover. There are also a bunch of cool parks nearby for kids to have fun at.

Why they chose this property

My wife and I were both ocean lifeguards for the City of San Diego for many years and we love the aquatic, beach lifestyle. The Mission Bay and Beach park areas are truly a beautiful place to live or visit.

What makes this property unique

With lower pricing, and more accommodations than you’ll find in a lot of bomb-proof, minimally maintained, spartan-esque short-term rentals, our house will feel more like home. If you have kids, they’ll love having access to a ton of books and toys to keep them entertained. We have super comfortable beds and sofas so come and enjoy the relaxed beach lifestyle that we love so much.
